Lovely interview. She really gets Adam and his music. Love that he's a "plus size modelP in Japan."
From Nile Rodgers:
Congrats Adam Lambert! I'm heading home today after a week in Ibiza. More about this trip on tomorrow's blog, but in the meantime I would like to congratulate Adam Lambert on his first number one Billboard Album Chart entry.
I played on "Shady" and we had a lot of fun doing it. Below I'm posting videos from our session together.
Wishing you many more to come... Congrats Adam Lambert!
Check out his site for videos and pictures:

A 6-foot, 1-inch tall pop star with the biggest album in the country proved to be a big Memorial Day weekend attraction.

Yay, Go Polly she is such a fan girl of Adams, then arent we all.
She always gets in there on behalf of us NZ Adam Fans. Gotta luv her.
JAK here......Since I was "introduced", so to speak, to Nile Rodgers thru Adam and "Shady", I have become a big fan of his. He must have been born with a guitar in his hands, he's that good.
He recently commented "Ever since I showed the Adam Lambert behind-the-scenes videos, I realized that I take greatness for granted. I'm lucky enough to work with mostly great people." NICE !
JAK, Thanks for that quote from Nile Rodgers. He's a real legend. He seems to have such respect for Adam and really likes him. Thanks for all the great links here, everyone!
Love this radio interview. She really gets Adam!
DRG
JAK here....for DRG and all Adamophiles....
A few lines from a review titled
Lamberts bold pop declaration by Glenn Gamboa...special to amNewYork
It begins....."Adam Lambert has learned an important lesson--you can't please all the people all the time."
It ends......."Trespassing" shows that Lambert is too good to waste time trying to please the pop masses. They'll catch up eventually."
There's lots of good stuff in the middle, if you want to read it, click on Nile
Rodger's link at 4:10 P.M.thread above and then
look under Planet C Blog Posts.....
Adam Lambert and Diana Ross.
For any of you who may not have the album......?......click on Congrats Adam Lambert blog post.
Scroll way down and they have the whole album played consecutively.
Nile has lots of blogs with lots of music, variety of artists, again played consecutively, just lie back (lay back?) and listen.
"Lie back" is correct or you could say "lay yourself back" and that would also be the correct statement.
