Saw a prior clip to Adam arriving at hotel with a street full of young girls singing WWFM and Trespassing and losing it when Adam finally arrives. I hope we get some decent video from the Moscow show. Should be stellar now that Adam has gotten his feet wet.

At times I also think that Adam is more famous internationally than he seems to be here at home. Some people just don't get what an amazing vocal talent he is. I was mesmerized watching the concert with Queen from Kiev and yet not one mention of it on any of the three evening tv entertainment shows I saw. Brian May loves Adam and you could see the mutual admiration between the two of them. Just watch the video of "Who Wants to live Forever" and if that doesn't make you become an Adam Lambert fan, then nothing will. Can't wait to see any vids that come from the Moscow concert just to compare that show to the one from Kiev. Adam should be so proud of himself because he performed brilliantly. We all know that no one can replace Freddie Mercury (and Adam has said so himself), but he did one helluva job on that stage in front of thousands in the audience.

Nice job with the Billboard poll everybody! Adam's album killed the competition... second and third place weren't even close! And he also placed in two write in categories! He deserves all of the praise and attention this can get him. Glamberts have his back... yeah!! :)

I have been mesmerized by the Kiev performances. Simply mesmerized. His voice was so suited to those songs and Brian May knew it when he grabbed this superstar. I want to thank him and Roger Taylor for catapulting him into the stratisphere where soon everyone will know who Adam Lambert is. Move over Elvis, Adam's time has come and IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!

Congratulations to all the voting Glamberts who helped Adam win the album poll! I usually also voted for the best anticipated performance but somehow it was not enough. Anyway, we should all be happy now that Adam won the most important category!

yay I am in a good mood about the poll so I am going to buy my crabby neighbor a TP'ing album.

Adam swiped the floor with the competition in the category where he was nominated (album -- Trespassing). NCOE and style were write-ins, so smaller numbers, but huge, considering they were write-ins! Wish BillBoard had mentioned that little fact! I think many of us were choosing the Queen+Adam Lambert future show as our write-in, but not enough to win. :(

QUEEN is a band I grew up with and though I have never been a big fan of theirs as I am of ELTON, I like their music and recognise Freddie as one of the greatest vocalists and showmen of all time.

This boy, ADAM LAMBERT, is absolutely superb. Phenomenal voice and stage presence. Thank you for posting that blog, that was a very interesting view. Yes, why not turn the whole Idol thing around. Why does a talented singer like Adam have to participate on Idol to be able to reach people?!? Strange world, how many brilliant artists are there that never get heard, because the record companies and radio stations support other "products". I'm more than happy that he eventually did participate in Idol so that he can be where he is now, so the whole world can listen to and enjoy this incredible man!

I just love seeing all the beautiful people all over the world loving Adam and his music.

I also voted for ADAM on BB poll for Best Televised Performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. It was a write-in so I guess not too many voted on that one but I thought ADAM deserved to win that one for his FABULOUS debut of TRESPASSING songs/NCOE on Jimmy Kimmel ... IMO. Wish it would have won or gotten honorable mention but so PLEASED to hear TRESPASSING won in its category & CONGRATS!! ADAM & Glamberts!! When it comes to Adam Lambert's multitude of diehard fans, sharing is caring, which is reason enough for one such Glambert to upload to YouTube all two hours of Queen's Ukraine show on June 30, featuring the American Idol season 8 runner-up as frontman.
No stranger to the music of Queen, having sung a medley of the iconic band's hits with guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor at the MTV Europe Awards in 2011, on this stage, Lambert truly shined -- much like the late Freddie Mercury did with rousing performances of his short but prolific career.
Clad in a spiked black leather jacket and exploding with the spirit of arena rock, Lambert kicked off a triumphant evening (the show was part of a joint concert with Elton John to benefit the Elena Pinchuk ANTIAIDS Foundation) with a command: “This is rock and roll, I want to see some ass!”
Confident and assuredly in control, Lambert led the crowd through an exhilarating version of the group’s “Fat Bottomed Girls," sharing an undeniable chemistry with May and leading the raucous Kiev crowd through a majestic two-hour extravaganza that included an action packed set list of Queen hits and deep cuts.
Lambert hit his stride early in the show, trading vocals with Taylor on “Under Pressure.” He then effortlessly segued from big rock anthems such as “I Want It All” to poignant renderings of introspectively aching pieces, such as his soaring interpretation of “Who Wants to Live Forever?” Lambert’s voice and impassioned delivery brought just the right tone of longing and introspection to the lyrics, and his connection to the song and his audience grew even stronger with each verse.

To his credit, Lambert chose not to recreate or even mimic Mercury. His performance was purely his own, with a reverent nod to the man that created such timeless tunes. Even better, Lambert hit all the Mercury glory notes -- “Somebody To Love,” in particular, sounded sublime -- while retaining the necessary showmanship needed to properly perform what can easily be classified as a night-at-the-rock opera. His “Bohemian Rhapsody” was a stunning display of just what a musical theatre background can do when given the opportunity to interpret a song fully. Leaning on his Wicked days and even channelling Elvis Presley with the requisite sneers on "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," by the time the band wrapped with “We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions,” the crowd was brandishing their glow sticks in unity and solidarity.

The tour continues in Moscow at the Olympic Arena, with stops also scheduled for Municipal Stadium in Wroclaw, Poland on July 7 and three dates at London's Hammersmith Apollo on July 11, 12, and 14.

In other Lambert news, an army of Glamberts recreated the title track of his latest album, Tresspassing, in a carefully orchestrated flash mob on one of the most popular streets in Moscow: Arbat Street. The dancers came from a fan group that's 24,000-strong and includes Glambert from Russia, Belarus and the Ukraine

The next 2 concert are not for charity and there are no plans (that I know of) to have them be televised events. If anyone finds out diferently, let us know.

(Ironic that the "warm-up" gig was the one that the whole world could see... I am sure they concert are going to get better and better. I wish I could have gone to see them in London!)

My heart is just pounding-another hour and Adam will again be on stage. Please, G-d, be with his every note and move, which will raise thousands to estasy. If only there would have been a live stream of this performance, but maybe some great video footage will surface. I live in South Jersey and I hear NCOE on SOJO 104.9 every day, sometimes twice a day. I request this song on other radio stations in the area and they're starting to play it. I am so happy he won best CD on BB and he was fantastic singing on the stage at Kiev.
