ANON 9:09, you twice used the word "ridiculous" and incorrectly spelled it each time. You broke other grammar rules and infringed upon some complicated rules of written Engish which few people would realize. However, when you want to emphasize a certain word to make your point, as "ridiculous", it behooves one to correctly spell the word. I am, actually, an English professor in Scottsdale, Arizona. Yes, Adam Lambert does have some very educated and professional people as Glamberts.

I know I said I was leaving, but since you keep commenting on my posts, I assume you want me to stay.
@ 9:40, no, I'm not obsessed with Adam. I was. At the time, I also couldn't understand why other people didn't like him as much as I did. But, then I realized other people just weren't as obsessed as I was. I tried to understand their criticisms and finally realized that they just had different opinions. I guess I eventually grew out of the obsession over the last year. What I find fascinating is the obsession some other people seem to still have for him.
But, like I said, carry on if it makes you happy. I'm not THAT worried about it.LOL
And if you truly don't care about my opinion or my posts, why do you reply to them?

I'm sorry, but judging from the punctuation and spelling errors I've seen in the posts on this site, I didn't think correct grammar was a huge priority here. You must really stay busy if you point out every mistake and typo in the posts here. LOL

Awwe!! Well thanks! Just came back to check on the length of this thread..definitely a long one!! I remember another really long one or two, at one point, and as I recall it had to do with some controversial subject (surprise...LOL!)..Won't bring it up : ))

Speaking for myself, but I know we all contribute to this site because we just really want to support Adam in any way we can, in our own ways. And do some flailing of course!

As to this spell checking conversation..and the obsession discussion: I don't care how people spell words, as long as they're supporting our guy. And as to the obsession thing: aren't we all, just a little bit!

Well, so this indeed is the longest thread as far as I am concerned, and am a part of. I guess that is what matters to me most. And there is no need for attestations etc; this is just a fun virtual time of sharing our thoughts with Adam's glamily. Regarding honorary mentions, the time factor though important, is not all that vital. The main criterion and most weighting, for special mentions if at all necessary, should be allotted to significant contributions on 24/7 Adam and this will definitely include a lot lot more of us here!! :)

If a new, longest thread claim surfaces, it had better be accompanied with a number and a rough title of the thread, so verification can be made. You can't just jump in and proclaim things exist or simply pluck them out from the air with no substantiation whatsoever. If it was a very long thread like this 222, people will remember. To put things a little more in perspective...let's just have some fun while it lasts. Life is too short for minute bickerings. 222! :)

@Lam my - I’m sorry if my post created some misconception. I was not trying to cause trouble or claim anything, just to bring ”perspective” to newer posters also, that this site has had LOOONG threads like this before… (sorry my bad English).

A fact is that this site has lost a lot of regular posters, therefore also the number of comments has diminished (e.g. versus time during GNT) - I’m very glad if the number of comments is increasing again… Just hoping the comments are for the most part happy, supportive, friendly, informative and constructive (a certain amount negative posting and trolling is unfortunately a given!)

And I wanted to give my thanks to Glitzylady and daydreamin, cause they’ve ”always been here” through thick and thin, digging up info & links, unselfishly sharing them with us and always being so positive & supportive - and they both know how to FLAIL whenever there’s cause to flail, which with ADAM is pretty much EVERY DAY! LOL.

Once more, my apologies, if my earlier post was badly written.

Thank you for clearing things up a little and I always look at the intention first. But I still believe many more, other than mentioned, have to be taken into consideration for imparting their thoughts and perceptions on issues pertaining to Adam; they too are sharing unselfishly. When I came in, I think more than 2 years now, every day, I remember the threads were mostly rather short. Then later followed by a few very long ones in which I was a part of; and that's why this 224 thread caught my attention. :)
