These are great pictures of Sauli. I guess we see the reason he caught Adam's eye the first time he saw him. They do make a terrific looking twosome when they are together. So much gorgeousness in these two men.

19R exists to bleed young talents to death.
As middleman between the artist and the label, they take a high percentage of the profits doing nothing for the artist.
Idols are all forced to sign for 10 year deal, the first 5 seasons. They were sued (brings Kelly to mind) and contract was reduced to 4 years.
Those who get out can deal directly with the label without 19E's clutches.

That Energy Radio plays Adam's songs a lot. Love it!

I feel Sauli is more masculine than Adam. More on top and Adam as a bottom. Adam said new positions on twitter and on an interview he said in LA gays are boxed as either a top or a bottom. I guess Sauli conquered Adam to be a bottom now.

Coming off the high of Season 5, “Idol” struggled to recapture the magic of the previous season.
Oddball beatboxer Blake Lewis rode the competition all the way to the finals.
It marked the end of Idol as mega-blockbuster, it was the 1st year ratings dipped from the year previous & ratings have slid since.
Winner Jordin Sparks’ career never truly took off.

7. Season 11 (2012)
Tyler & JLo were on their way out, Heejun Han seemed to be making fun of the whole enterprise & Jessica Sanchez peaked too early but all was right when Phillip Phillips sang Home, the best Idol winning theme to date on the season finale.
Sometimes a hit song just makes everything better.

6. Season 1 (2002)
It was new and no one quite knew what to think about it but if there weren’t a Kelly Clarkson there probably wouldn’t still be an American Idol.
Can you imagine if Justin Guarini had won?
Nigel Lythgoe’s private plane is probably happy he didn’t.

5. Season 3 (2004)
Idol settled into its groove in Season 3 with the loopy chemistry between the judges clicking into place.
Cast that included a goofball Jon Peter Lewis, a future Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson & one of the most memorable performances ever when Fantasia Barrino sat down on stage and belted out Summertime.

4. Season 4 (2005)
It was Carrie Underwood all the way, Bo Bice never stood a chance as Idol sweetened the pot with its first-ever country winner & gave birth to a bonafide superstar.
Underwood is still Idol’s best-selling alum to-date.
Bonus points to Season 4 for giving us Constantine.

3. Season 8 (2009)

Two words: ADAM LAMBERT!

LAMBERT was The BEST contestant the show has ever seen and whether he was hitting homers, his version of Mad World, his stunning Tracks of My Tears or bombing badly his psycho sexual take on Johnny Cash’s Ring of Fire?
You couldn’t take your eyes off the guy.
Still, he somehow lost to Kris Allen in the finals, the BIGGEST INJUSTICE in the show’s history.

2. Season 2 (2003)
With Kelly Clarkson’s career taking off like a skyrocket, Idol came back on the air for a winter cycle & gave us our best finals showdown yet, with Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken duking it out for the title.
Season 2 also marked the first and only year Idol brought its auditions to Detroit.
Randy Jackson quipped famously in these parts, at least, about the lack of Detroit talent: “Looks like the ‘Mo’ done left the town.’”

1. Season 5 (2006)
Where everything came together.
Excitement was at an all-time high, the cast was full of colorful, fun personalities: Kellie Pickler! Katharine McPhee!
We were given the most shocking elimination in the show’s history when Chris Daughtry was voted out in 4th place.
Winner Taylor Hicks would go on to become a joke but the fact that his season was the best is evidence that it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey.

But Hugh Jackman doesn't do anything to me at all, not even 1 follicle of my hair is ruffled. But I do not say he is ugly. He is plain neuter and neutral to me. Indifferent.

One reason why I don't kind of like Sauli. I AM JEALOUS. Adam loves him. Jealous, jealous jealous.

I believe I was one of the first couple of people to use the word, injustice, with regard to S8 results. My actual words: An injustice is just that, however one tries to camouflage it...some 2-3 years ago. I used the word because many others were trying to skirt around it, that is the injustice. Now, he's hailed the best AI contestant to date; won't stop there though. If AI is brave enough or willing enough, Adam will give Simon Cowell a run for the money for best AI judge; yet to unfold. This might be more challenging due to Simon's unprecedented style of judging on AI.

Sauli is strong physically and mentally, that is essential for a lasting relationship. Mmm most of all he's optimistic and handsome and that combination might have unlocked a loving heart, Adam. :)

Brad Pitt is not ugly although the beard detracts from his good looks. I guess Ange must like him bearded but it's not a good look.

These photos of Sauli are great. He's very cute & it's obvious why Adam was/is attracted to him.

I think the most shocking thing that happened in AI history was that Adam didn't win. I wasn't impressed by Taylor Hicks at all but different strokes for different folks.

Love the pics and I hope Sauli has his hair cut ultra short. From that previous photo that was posted on this blog, the buzzed look really suits him.

Adam tweeted praise for present AI judges. I can't figure out his last tweet tho.

Sauli sure is good looking! I like his blogs too! He and Adam are such an attractive couple, complimenting each other so well. They both have so much in common and their own interests and Sauli blends into Adam's world so well and comes from loving, supportive families. I'm so glad they found each other.

Why are some of you still crying about Adam not winning Idol 8?
It's a show that lets the audience decide the winner. Kris got more votes, legally or illegally doesn't matter, he got more votes!
Give it up. Idol gave Adam what he wanted, worldwide exposure and a recording contract to make an album. 19R did that. Yes, they did it for money, what else? The kindness of their heart? They paid Adam while he was on the show, they sent him on Idol tour, and Glam Nation Tour. He was one of the few who turned out to be profitable for them, they gamble, often they lose. Now they will find a new talent and gamble on them. That's the business. Adam hasn't been wronged, he's been launched.

We have the same inane discussion every 6 months or so. Isn't it more than a little pushy to plan their fantasy family? Our suggestions aren't needed, if and when, they can work it out, they are big boys.
