Yes I used to watch HBO but sort of now not so interested. Hey Adam get yourself on HBO; I can buy you, I mean your show, lol! just with a click on the remote button. Yes, fish is definitely good, lots of omega3 for the brain and also very good for sparkling eyes like yours. Mmm, hold on a bit with coconut milk / oil, not too much, it seems not so good for older folks; but I guess it should be fine for you; you'll work it all out in no time. I think a moderate intake of all kinds of food is the best way.

The quality is very good and only costs US$12.00. You can also download the songs in mp3 format then burn them to a Cd if you are able and so inclined.

This is the 4th anniversary when ADAM walked on that Idol audition and had me at "Im not skewed!" and I have never been the same since and made my life more vibrant and exciting just looking forward what's next.

Very exciting figure-skating to my favourite song FYE; whoa, the flings, swings and the girl, upside-down skating, look so dangerous but the strong male dancer looks in full control. He's fantastically strong and graceful at the same time. They're so fierce and do Adam and FYE song proud. All for a charitable cause! Thanks!

I'm a night owl too. I can stay awake all night but I wouldn't recommend it - not a healthy way to live but I find it difficult to sleep at the best of times. I must try extra virgin coconut oil. Does it have a coconut taste?

Not to change the subject, I live in North Dakota, and it is -5 below, and a wind chill of 24 below, that is colder then your freezer. You can throw a glass of water up in the air, and it comes out like snow. If you have a wet rag it will freeze instandly. Lots of experments. This weather is so cold, you could freeze or get frost burn in 20 mins. If you live in a nice warm area you are lucky. They advise every to stay in the house if you can. Not safe.

I've been trying to lift the right side of my top lip when I say "edgier" like Adam, but I just can't get it.

I can't even imagine temps that cold...it was 60 here in Florida and I pulled out my fleece shirt and pants and wore socks in the house!! We actually turned our heat on, first time this year. It was 80 last week, but obviously someone upstate left the door open and cold air spilled in for a couple days. I have a spare room if you need to thaw out!

I live in North Dakota and the temperature it is-20
below zero now and the wind chill is -35 below. It just got colder in the last hour.
A lady moved up here from Florida, and she said that she never knew the theromatorn could go below zero. North Dakota people are resilent, we just have to keep going outside regardless, we have jobs to go to. We also get a lot of now here. Jak are you from North Dakota?

Nope, never got to North Dakota, but I've lived in Missouri, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Indiana,
Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida.
