Good to read that Kelly is feeling better ... she is such a good friend to ADAM. LOVED the way she intro'd him on NewNowNext Awards last year as 'her MAN' ... I like her.

Sauli did the hula hoop with her too.I guess he has moved out now, but he loved it, good excerise.

Now THAT I a photo I want to see. Adam Lambert and Kelly Osbourne hula-hoopin' !!!!! Talk about a pic that would be all over the internet. I'll bet Adam looks adorable doing it.

I used to be able to hula hoop for hours when I was a kid. I could just stand there and do it indefinatately. I was very skinny and it was effortless. Seeing Adam do it was be a delight!! Yes, she really loves Adam. They seem to be good friends. I remember when Sauli blogged out this, too. He'd be a great hooper.

I think Sauli was much more into the Hula Hoopin than Adam. Adam tried to avoid it if he could.

Who knows, maybe that's how he tightened up the waistline, it worked for me.... I used to watch Dick Clark's American Bandstand every Saturday and "hoop" the whole show.....while my 1 year old danced in her playpen! Between the hula hoop with her and going to the Peppermint Twist Beach Lounge with her Daddy once a week and "Twistin' the Night Away" I got back into pre baby shape...JAK

Now I'm pretty sure one "hoop" or "twist" and my spine would disintegrate! :-)

Adam and Kelley are friends have been a couple of years, I suspect she knows more about Adam and she says he does it. You have no idea at all if SK was more into the hula hooping than Adam and that Adam avoided it. This big assumption that S is so much more fit and healthy minded than Adam is nonsense Adam always used the treadmill, runs when he can, there a whole fitness center there where He lives, and he does not smoke. I think he looks great, his chest looks good and his arms look like they are building up some. He very physically fit. When he did GNT he always exercised before shows did that in tour abroad, he in great physical condition to me, he also juices at times! The man's looking fit and fine. Sue

Can you imagine living in same building as Adam and maybe just across the way which I think was mentioned at one point in time?

Kelly has really turned her life around and I think her success on Dancing With the Stars helped her realize what she can accomplish if you believe and work hard. I'm glad she and Adam are friends and neighbors.Most of all he's keeping his body rolls in tip top shape for his Glamberts! @MGF, I agree this tidbit did lighten the sadness today.I finally had to stop watching the news. The mention of Adam does have a way of giving comfort and moments of relief from sadness. He helped me get thru'a difficult time and I'm sure, others as well.

@AG & MGF I didn't realize you two were from the Boston area. I'm glad you're ok! I hope they catch the creep who did this.

I think Adam must be fit or reasonably fit. After all, he did 112 (or was it 117?) Glam Nation concerts with very little down time. I wonder if any other artist has achieved that in a 6 month period?? He may enjoy a drink or a few but he doesn't smoke which is a blessing for his vocal chords.
