ADAM LAMBERT TEAMS UP WITH THE TREVOR PROJECT + OFFERS SPECIAL VIP CONCERT TO CONTEST WINNERS

After receiving criticism for not doing enough work for gay rights to nab his coveted GLAAD Award, Adam Lambert rolled his perfectly lined eyes, muttered “Whataya want from me?” and went right back to promoting the cause.

The Examiner reports that Lambert is working with AT&T and the Trevor Project for their ‘Live Proud’ campaign, offering VIP packages to contest winners who support and empower the LGBTQ community.

Ten winners will score a meet and greet and a private concert at an intimate Los Angeles venue with the ‘American Idol’ alum, with travel accommodations included. Interested in being one of those lucky few? Just submit an image or story that represents an AT&T Live Proud moment to the Live Proud Facebook page.

The Trevor Project focuses on crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQ youth, and AT&T will donate $25,000 to $50,000 to the cause based on fan participation, so get cracking, Glamberts!

I bet Adam never in a million years when he started out on idol thought he would get the award for the most popular international star in China!I keep re watching the videos and my heart overflows with joy. I want him to get this kind of recognition in the U.S. too,hopefully it will happen,Adam deserves it!

Can't get enough of this performance. Adam's gorgeous voice, great backing singers and no dancers - PURRRRRFECTION!!! And he looked an absolute treat!!! :-)

I spoke my piece to Norm Kent along with an army of Glamberts. Such a whiny,envious man that belongs with Perez Hilton, both snarky, little men that will never have the respect and adoration of Adam. It's too bad that Adam has to put up with these people after he gives so generously of his time and is always forthcoming and such a good sport.

Any idiot and I mean that, that could not see or did not bother to check their facts before they put pen to paper has no business being an editor on any kind of so called reputable paper which this does not sound like it was. The young man that while heartedly disagreed and had a lot if the facts should be not him! He gave his time to Miami, doubt made a dime for this one except they may paid some if his expenses. But performing pretty sure he did for nothing and other appearances! Then had already started the wheels turning for this Trevor project which is only one of a continuing string if things he done for the Trevor project! Could go on for ages listing what he done for the gay community and many other achievements. People like this uninformed edito and PH who sound like very a simular rag writers, will never be honored by anything that reputable for simply reporting jealous and inflammatory remarks. It may be the only way they can make a living, what a sad way to live, even tho they may have money they have no integrity . Adam can make his living as a talented kind man that has done much to help young people and people in foreign country with chairity water. He smart talented, kind, Chairatable and handsome as hell which one would you rather be. I choose Adam!! Sue
