VIA @TALCvids:
For those who can't access ALF site, TL of this post "Twitter Music - A New Way to Get Adam Heard" (Twitter Music is a new music service).
"Last week, Twitter launched Twitter Music, its new stand-alone music service. A mobile app as well as a web service, Twitter Music helps music lovers discover new tunes, and with the help of Rdio and Spotify listen to those new discoveries instantly.
When you launch Twitter Music, you are instantly taken to a landing page of popular tracks, which is populated by Twitter based on the number of people tweeting about a particular tune, and how many people have listened to a particular selection. It helps you find music that's popular on Twitter and music based on the bands you follow. The Popular page shows you new music that's trending across Twitter, while the Emerging tab shows "hidden talent found in tweets." While those two parts feed you information about what the collective Twitterverse is jamming to, the last two focus on who you follow and your personal music taste. The Suggested tab shows artists you might like based on the artists you follow on the service and who they follow. And finally the #NowPlaying tab shows songs your friends are listening to or tweeting about.
Twitter has integrated current music services like Rdio, Spotify and iTunes to allow you to play the songs right through the app or webpage. With iTunes, you will only hear a preview, but with Rdio and Spotify, users can log in with their accounts to hear the full tracks.
Go here (1 below) for more information and to learn how to use Twitter Music
Then go here (2 below) and click on search (the little magnifying glass in the top right) and type in "Adam Lambert." Click on Adam's twitter avi when it appears on the grid and a clip from WWFM will play, then below Adam's twitter profile, on the "player" click on the symbol to the right of the iTunes symbol "Compose a tweet" and hit it - you'll send this tweet; #NowPlaying @adamlambert - Whataya Want from Me https://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/whataya-want-from-me/id338840830?i=338... If your country has Spotify or Rdio - click on "Play Full Tracks" (top right corner).
If Adam ranks higher, this might help him get more twitter followers, fans and increase iTunes sales of his Most Popular Song (WWFM) (if you click on the Itunes symbol it says "Buy this track") The higher Adam ranks on the grid, the more new peeps will see him & hopefully check him out! There are also "Follow" buttons so new fans can follow him."
