Emotional connection with the lyrics of the song or with Miley's performance???

We clawed, we chained, our hearts in vain
We jumped, never asking why
We kissed, I fell under your spell
A love no one could deny

Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can't live a lie, running for my life
I will always want you

I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah, you, you wreck me

@7:16am,yes its true. Her voice is okey. She is fortunate to hv "wrecking ball" in her album. That song is hit.i think it suit for pink voice better, more powerful.Miley is lovely young woman but the way she expose herself, playing with nudity...i dont like it.What a shameful act.

Maybe the lyrics of Wrecking Ball are aimed at her ex, Liam.

Great legs.

Lyrics are mediocre, so is her talent.

Miley has millions of fans; some may appreciate what Adam said, you know like some of us do when an artist says nice things about Adam. Some may be potential future Adam fans. For them to come on this site to see their girl being trashed and, some being so judgmental; they would probably be very disheartened after the nice things that Adam said. Sometimes people hurt Adam without knowing it.

Oh my; why all the piling on Miley people? She may not be your cup of tea; but she has lots of fans and her record went to #1. She will learn and grow make mistakes and deal with her own life.

Remember how Adam was treated. I think Adam understands. I say leave her alone. Adam would not be happy with all this slamming of Miley. So embarrassing.

Some people just sound plain jealous.

I love Adam Lambert; such a good and humble man. He is so talented. Just recently became a fan

I am a long time fan of Miley Cyrus. She is a good and beautiful person. She is good natured, and so funny. I really don't care what people say about her; I love her.

I don't particularly like Miley's outfits (or the lack of them) but I think this song is a really good one and the lyrics are touching, too. Nothing wrong with the video either, it is nothing like the stupid and tasteless collaboration with Thicke.

@7:16 AM

Why don't you tell us how you really feel about Miley Cyrus?

Peace.

I do really like Miley's song and video. I will give credit where credit is due, the song sticks in your head and she definitely makes a heartfelt connection. Being a fan of Adam Lambert has taught me to be open-minded. I praise Adam for giving props to other artists. Remember when Adam's performances were a little out there. He gets Miley and so do I. Just another thing I love about Adam.

If you watched Miley's performance of wrecking Ball it was really good and heart felt and she did have tears.

It's fine if you don't like her but this is not really the place to trash other performers. Adam never does this. With his tweet about Miley and her following him it would not be surprising for Miley fans to be interested in Adam. And then they come here and see the Miley hate. For people who preach about wanting Adam to gain more fans you sure seem to do what you can to make that even harder.

I just wish the child would wer more clothes. I do like the song just not the pasties. And please keep the tongue in your mouth. As one DJ said I wonder what she would do, if she ever went into a hardware store. Heaven forbid.

miley cyrus not a role kids model- omg- why she has to do this vulgar dress and acts-she go down pretty soon.

Anonymous said...

sorry miley cyrus i only want adam lambert songs- urs? i have to leave it .

Love you Miley, you go girl.

And I agree this is not the place to trash other artists. Adam is always kind to other artists, please respect that here!

Anonymous said...

Oh please. A couple of people say something and all of a sudden they are trashing her. These types of opinions happen when someone walks around almost naked. Would just like the girl to have a little class. Perhaps it will come with age. Wish her the best.

@11:45 AM

Oh please what? I agree with the people that say, "don't be so disrespectful in your reactions." People that talk trash about other people are not displaying a lot of class.

Miley can walk around anyway she wants to. Do you want to be judged for everything you do. The girl is an entertainer for heavens sake. She has not killed anyone.

The person that says they just want Adam songs; then just buy Adam songs; I am sure he is happy that you like his songs. But, please don't put down other artists.

I have been reading alll the articles and tweets, for our dear man Adam Lambert, for the last few days; it is overwhelmingly positive. I am so proud of Adam. This is just fantastic! A happy Glambert/Glamhopper here.

Anonymous said...

To people who talk about Miley's tongue being out, we must remember that a lot of singers stick their tongue out now and then; won't name any names, but it seems to be a trend; calling one entertainer over another on that, would be like the snow calling the cotton white.

i dont care what miley cyrus fans said to her she not a good singer
period .the truth hurts.

Anonymous said...

1:55, that is in your opinion. There are people who feel that same way about Adam. I can image what you think of that opinion so try to be accepting of different music for different people.

Anonymous said...

Miley is the same as Katy P, monotonous shouter! They both have totally uninteresting nuanceless voices!
Sorry, tired of bein pc.

3:36, even if it hurts Adam? Grow up. Save it for your private life and quit posting it related to Adam.

Just a little tidbit from me ... I remember when Marilyn Monroe was also looked down on & people talked about the way she dressed & behaved. NOW she is an Icon ... different strokes for different folks!! End of my comment!!

I'd compare Miley to Madonna. Madonna's style was also trashy and her stage act raunchy and people reacted to it in the same way too. Madonna couldn't sing, but I guess in the 80's it didn't matter.

Anonymous said...

Also I think Miley is genuinely rebellious like Madonna. Gaga is not. I think Gaga is a business woman, just like Metallica was considered a group of businessmen, not a genuine metal band.

Anonymous said...

Madonna's talent is not in singing and dancing but in controversy and a big business head.
Never been a fan. I can simply see thru her. Never been in awe.
