2:47, do you watch Glee? It is the tv commercial Naya's character did. It's a ridiculous fake tv commercial kind of like Saturday Night Live does.

6:25, glee is a dramedy, both drama and comedy. A lot of it is very funny. Even the drama part is pretty OTT and ridiculous.

For the person that doesn't get it. Women can get vaginal yeast infection, quite common. Muffin is a slang term for vagina. Hope that helps.

9:37 there is quite a difference between a bladder infection and a yeast infection. Bladder infection makes you pee and burn. Yeast infection makes 3 foot high stationery sharp angles look inviting.lol

You can avoid getting a yeast infection, while taking antibiotics if you take probiotics. Also eating yogurt with live cultures will help.

Bladder infection should be treated with antibiotics, after you have a culture done at your doctors office. That antibiotic, may in turn cause you to get a yeast infection. It's all about the balance of bacteria and yeast.
