Yea looking forward to Adam as Dj on Ellen Show...let him wail some more. lol! Also let him dance on the stair aisle using LMD. Wow see him dance to his song, will be meaningful. You can rest on your chair a bit, Ellen, good for the spine. lol!

Wonder why they said Adam would be in a suit for the Monday show, if he is still being a DJ?

I hope Ellen talks to him a little about his appearance on Glee last week. I love seeing him on the show even as a guest dj, but I would much prefer to see him as a sitdown guest next to her for a full interview. And he does look terrific in a suit.

I bet she talks Glee and shows Adam singing on the floor doing thrusts.

You may recall that in another post that was put up here on 24/7 on Wednesday, someone who was in the audience had tweeted about Adam's Monday appearance:

"...brief chat about Halloween and Glee, 11/11 talked about playing with Queen, Avicii, recording music..."

Honestly, I thought that this week was going to be him as an actual guest sitting down and giving an interview.

But this was taped last week before the GLEE episode so there will be no "post-episode reaction" discussion.

I had hoped that he would be able to sing "Marry The Night." Don't understand why Ellen and/or her producers wouldn't want Adam to perform. I personally don't like to see him for two episodes as guest DJ -- I don't see that necessarily as a position of honor on her show (and, on a side note, I couldn't STAND her previous DJ Tony -- SO annoying!).

But eventually Adam will have a single out and he will be performing and taking his proper place in the chair as her guest, like he's done several times over the past three years.

You had it exactly right. This was recorded before Glee. It's just a continuation of the DJ position he already did. Don't know why we saw him in a suit, might be he was expecting more himself. Oh well may be next time.
If only he had been working on a single all this time. Can't complain , at least we saw him on TV, and he was a good DJ.

I believe that Tony the dj went on to do some acting and other projects. i guess he gained some importance making a name for himself on Ellen and has since moved on. I am not sure if she said that he would come back.

Wow, the concept of pre-taped eludes some of you. Adam and Ellen changed clothes so it will look like it was filmed on a different day. Ellen wore the clothes she would also wear Thursday to tape the show for Monday. This is a common practice in the industry and Ellen and her guests have made jokes about it in the past.

We also get the person complaining it isn't enough to have Adam as a guest DJ twice in one week. Monday's show is a big deal 1700th episode as well. Some can't be happy no matter what.
