The Gaga/Christina duet struck me as overkill; they seemed to be trying to out sing one another. The problem could be the song that the song was so boring and repetitive.
Could also be that one crucial element was missing: Adam. Just kidding, as I wouldn't have wanted Adam to be any part of it. Sorry, but just MHO.

I thought the GaGa / Xtina duet was very good and their voices complimented each other well. Yes, I'd love to hear Adam's comments on this. I'm sure he'll give the performance high praise. Perhaps one day he'll get the opportunity to duet with each of them. He's been talking about dueting with Xtina for a very long time.

Aloe Black's been making the rounds performing 'Wake Me Up" but no mention of Avicii? Just curious.

Could not wait to have the duet over, so I turned down the noise. As for Tessanne, she deserved to win, but can't compare to you know who. Am just so spoiled. Darn you, Adam. No, thank you Adam.

I watched the show tonight (West Coast feed) and really enjoyed Christina and Lady G.'s duet.. I sincerely believe that Christina's voice is one of the best in music. So powerful.. Love her! And I like much of Lady G's music as well. I have all of her albums, including Art Pop..although I'm still a little on the fence about parts of it. Need some more listens.....

They looked like they were really having fun up there.

I thought the duet was terrific & power to them that they performed together .... and they both scrubbed up well in those gorgeous outfits.

The world of music would be a boring ol' place if there were only 1 singer in it.

I wish they had performed a different and better song. They both have incredible work in the past, but I just don't like this song at all. Sorry.

I didn't think they were trying to outsing each other. I think they got the balance right. Lady Gaga's voice is really good in a power ballad and Christina's voice is made for power ballads.

I was suprised that they had never met each othr in all these years; being two top female singers in the business; at awards shows, etc., would run into each other.

I hope the Adam is someday given a chance to sing with someone on a big show. Hopefully someone will ask to duet with him as Gaga did to Christina. But, if not; no big deal. Adam Lambert is a Super talent with, or without a duet partner.

Why do they look so old and tired? especially GaGa. they have not aged well at all. Song was boring. Just being honest unlike some of you.

I don't think they look old and tired. That's a nasty, bitchy thing to say. I think they look great. Adam is a big fan of both Christina and Gaga so hopefully he will see this duet.

He may have a DVR and tapes the shows that he wants to watch. So he will probably have seen it anyway. Adam is the one usually tweeted us the one's he wants us to see. He will probably tweet this one out to his fans anyway.

It was ok, love fest; and lots of gold and blond. Was this the finale; and who won.

Someone said that Adam really liked whoever the winner is. He will probably be pleased with that outcome; if that is the case. I hope she gets lots of attention too. It is a big night for her!

I hope GaGa'a fan blog site Admin. posted Adam singing "Marry The Night" on there; so that her fans would have the opportunity to see and post their opinions on it. I would like to see that; if so, to see what kind of response Adam got there.

Celine was on the show too?! I would've liked to have seen/heard her. Went to one of her concerts a number of years ago and her voice nearly blew the roof off the auditorium!!

I beg to differ; and I partially quote, what Rachael (Demi Lovato), said to Star Child (Adam Lambert) on Glee; "not if that one singer in the world of music was "freaking badass" Adam M. Lambert!

I wasn't crazy about the song but it was certainly a great duet performance.

Congratulations to Ms. Chin; the most important so called Diva of all; her night the winner of the show. Best wishes in the future, wish you much sucess. Adam will be pleased! This is what the finale was all about lady; you did good.

No argument there; then we all agree. If I were ever forced to pick just one; it would be Adam, and his body of work since he hit that first note; I can't even imagine myself getting bored with that gorgeous voice.

You are absolutely right; to each their own. A problem I hope we will never have to worry about. Thought it was all "tongue in cheek" anyway!

LOL! I don't know what all of you are talking about since I'm half way around the globe.
I'm excited to watch, thanks to DVR, when I get back and see who is right, not good, boring or the amazing!
The song was never mentioned so I'm left hanging on how good or bad the choice is.
But for sure I'm happy Tessanne won because even before I left 1st week of November, I already predicted and love her to win.
BTW, I'm not really a fan of Celine, my choice is Whitney, the original for the best diva.

I thought Celine looked terrific and sounded great. The duet with Gaga and Christina was a very repetitous Gaga song...not one of her best. I am so happy that Tessanne won. Now let's see what happens with her music career. I would love to see a duet between Christina and Adam. Now that would be something amazing.

I would love to see Christina sing with Adam--it would be great.
