There is a huge difference between cute, gorgeous, handsome, and very handsome. With Melvin Adam is cute. Therefore we see many compliments about the guys around Adam. I do not like Melvin!

Adam is the same person whether melvin is there or not,so if he likes it I am good with it. He will get tired of it and change like he does with his hair etc! Stop being so shallow.

I don't see Adam tweeted about any less with Melvin. Sure seem to be lots of comments from casual fans or people just meeting him about how gorgeous he is. I have also seen tweets from fans who saw Adam at the most recent concerts and they became Melvin converts when they saw Adam in person.

Bottom line is it is Adam's face and the complaints here are pointless and annoying.

Here is my truth, just because you don't like something and choose to call it the silly name of Melvin; does not mean that more mature people don't like it. Adam looks absolutely gorgeous with or without his beard. Funny, when George Clooney and Brad Pitt grows a beard; their fans don't just go on and and on about it. Adam is a beautiful man. He deserves more than these picky, condecending always judgemental fans; enough already. He is cute, he is handsome, he is gorgeous with or with out his sexy beard. Grow up!

It is not about you; and you have got to be kidding. Adam is so, so sexy with his facial hair. What reality are you living in, there is nothing cute about that sexy, gorgeous man.

Fan or no fan; the man is just fine. I have heard many women; and even men admit that Adam is just a handsome dude! Let's face it; Adam is drop dead gorgeous without or without that beard.

Some of the international fans just can't get enough Adam when he travels; they call him so beautiful, just like here in the states; and that is with or without the facial hair. Does not matter, as long as it is Adam M. Lambert; the man himself.

I agree with you. I remember when some people started calling it that. I also think it is a stupid idea. It may have been cute then; not to me. Adam is just a beautiful man with facial hair. That term is so yesterday. He has only one Name; Adam M. Lambert with or without facial hair. Just beautiful is what I call him.

I think there is just one person still running around calling Adam's facial hair Melvin. Sounds quite silly and outdated; just my opinion.

How would people like it if their friends and family started naming all their different looks but female and male names? I think not. Time for peeps to grow up.

It occurred to me after seeing Adam at Aspen on several sites, that he doesn't seem to be having much fun. Might be that all we are seeing are the posed shots. But I was expecting it to be like more party fun, and I haven't seen that. I hope he is enjoying himself, or maybe it isn't what he expected, being more upper $$$ people. Haven't seem much of him and the two other hosts, Marcus and John. Unless the more party stuff is tonight and tomorrow night.

Adam is not so, so sexy with his facial hair. It makes him look a lot older than his almost 32 years and rather scruffy, but if that's how the majority want him to look, so be it.

Calling Adam's facial hair Melvin is no more stupid than calling the most private part of his anatomy Glambulge which, along with being stupid, is highly disrespectful.

Naming it glambulge is very disrespectful and objectifying and rude. I hate it.

It's obvious most of you have NOT been in this fandom or on Adam fan sites from the start. There is history, stories and much fun involved with these 'nick names', and they are more or less 'terms of endearment'. These 'nick names' date back to the time when also THIS SITE used to be full of love and fun!

So you latecomers and/or disapprovers better just accept these 'terms of Adam love', don't think you are entitled to change them, some fans might have 'copyright' on them, he he.

Personally can't understand all the tightassness on this site regarding Adam's sexyness - and the disapproving comments or judging of fans who enjoy it all - and the lack of humour on this site during the last year or two?!

As long as Adam is okay and laughing with us re Glambulge, Melvin, Dusty Madrid and other great stuff invented by his fans during these years, I'm gonna be using and enjoying them. Just like I enjoy Adam in all his glory!

There is so much to enjoy in Adam's persona, talent, his inner and outer beauty, his sensuality & sexyness, his gracious spirit and lovin & accepting nature...the list goes on. Take your pic and let others take theirs and ENJOY!
