Adam and Chris should be very interesting together. Glad Chris told us about it.

I doubt Adam and Chris will do anything together. They are there to help the contestants.

Great news. I don't how much we will see of Adam, but any chance I get to watch him esp. working with contestants is good enough for me. I have the dates marked already.

I think each mentor has always been able to sing a song of their choice if I am not mistaken. Does anyone else remember this?

The mentors don't usually sing. This is something totally new so who knows what they are going to do.

Thanks, guess I was thinking about most of the mentor's when Adam was on; they always for the most part; performed. So much has changed since then.

@3:05 They haven't had true mentors in a while. I hope they do let Adam and Chris sing something. From my understanding this is not going to be on episodes where they get eliminated. I think it is more like when they have gone to Vegas and get more coaching.

Cant't wait to watch Adam on AI.Chris and Adam will both be very good mentors,but there is just one I would watch AI for,wonder which one haha.

@4:11 PM My guess is it was a coin toss as to who would put out a bit of information without taking away from the contestants and judges. Adam may tweet a 'tune in' when the time gets closer.

I will be watching, have been enjoying Idol this year....the panel is fun, the production is so much better, faster paced, more good singers, hardly any backstories.....a huge improvement over the last 3 years.

Those days fall on a Tuesday and Wednesday hasn't idol been coming on Wednesday and Thursday. Guess when gets closer can check make sure in the tx guide. Maybe on different that week. Adam was a terrific mentor on Elvis week the year after he was on idol. This seems like a different format with Adam, Chris and Randy. If Adam there I am. Should be really interesting , good.

It would be amazing if Adam and Chris sang a.classic rock cover together on the show.

4:11 Maybe having Adam and Chris tweet a day apart keeps it in the news cycle a bit longer? Adam's twitter following is bigger than Chris's. If he re-tweets Chris it's bigger all around for both of them. NVM about over-thinking Adam. We all do that - 'cos it's fun!

Idol is really interesting this year. I love J-Lo this time round - being with Harry makes a difference. Harry bringing back some old-fashioned standards to the business of singing. Good show. I LOVE that Randy is in charge of mentoring because he knows all the old Idols and obviously wants to bring some of that back. Chris and Adam must be two of his favourites. Hoping to see them on again in this season.

Just a few notes from Adam will be pure heaven! Also love hearing Adam speak to the contestants. He is so sincere and kind when he speaks. He makes me so proud to be a Glambert!
