A few people said there was a picture of Adam's album in the background when Randy was talking about one of the idol's performance. I missed it.

What? Do you think somebody at Idol MADE her wear a dress? Way to stereotype her.

Assuming she wouldn't want to be seen in a dress because you think she is "more comfortable" in "gender neutral" clothing is stereotyping.

Heck, I would wear ANYTHING, have my hair done which ever way they could come up with (shave it off!) to get to hang with Adam, hold his arm and just soak in his presence!!!

6:18 nothing was said about Adam they had a very brief picture of him with MK and someone said his album was in the background when Randy was talking. I don't even know if it was FYE or TP album. Lots of fun on idol last night.

Your comment gave me a much needed laugh. I just took much loved, week long, house guests to the airport....came home and collapsed. Is it possible to be tired beyond tired beyond tired? I'm too old for this!

Thanks for the mental picture of an all naked American Idol. At least if we didn't like the singer's voices, it would be amusing to see various body parts jiggle!

Mk in a dress...not happening and now she is gone. She didn't seem excited to be there and never smiled. I had high expectations for her in the beginning, but that faded quickly. None of the contestants says winner to me. This is a very young, uninteresting group lacking in any kind of stage presence. Even Adam's mentoring probably didn't or couldn't help. And then there was JLO lip synchng that latest song of hers. The best part there was the three former female Idol contestants singing backup. The only way I will continue to watch the show is if Adam comes on to perform and I doubt that will happen.

I keep reading how Harry has saved Idol. I don't see it. I don't like JLo, I despise Harry, and it makes me sad that Keith is playing straight man to Harry's nonsense.

Harry, Jr. is helping to kill AI ... not save it ... he is boring ... too judgemental ... doesn't care how his comments make the contestants feel. If he is trying to copy Simon ... he is failing horribly. That's .. JMO!! Sorry!!! Without ADAM this show is a goner!! Again ... JMO!!!

JAK here.....IMO.....American Idol doesn't need Adam, it needs better, more charismatic contestants. Plus, the judges need less face time. Make a brief point and move on...they are not the entertainment and we've seen way more of Jennifer's butt and upper thighs than is necessary or desirable.

The backstory is a time killer, the long walks are time killers. Let's have more singing or cut the show's time in half. It meanders around and is tedious. It needs to sharpen up, shape up and quit being a showcase for the judges.

The voting audience is not swayed by any pearls of snarky wisdom from Harry's lips or by Jennifer's happy look, enthralled look, puzzled, distressed, adoring, pained or weepy look. Acting Class 101. Keith, okay, he's a cutie and seems sincere and I have a mild motherly crush on him, he does not seem to me that he's planning his comments with a 'look at me being clever' air.
