Beautiful man. Good artist, well done.

The artist is very good except it's the evil side of Better Than I Know Myself that is featured in this art.

This fan art is good but Adam looks like Mr Meanie ..... ha! ;-)

Interesting art.
Aqua colored eyes & nail polish.

Love the colors.

This pic should be on the cover of a romantic novel. A Norwegian landlord, etc.

Very good!Adam's eyebrows make him look very angry.I kinda like the change in then on the sweet sixteen party pix-more arched, and not as meanie looking there( but love the hair better here.)1moishpain is VERY talented;that's for sure!

This is my favorite of all the fanpics I've seen. Excellent depiction of Adam thru the artist's eyes, imaginative use of color and technically great........JAK

ZORRO!

Anonymous said...

his cheek is squashed inside and his Facial expressions are too severe imo ,i like the colors tho..

This one is amazing! Incredible depth and facial definition. We've all seen Adam have that similar look lots of times. It's the sexy, edgy Adam in this pic, not the soft, cuddly one. I love them all! All magazine editors, take note! This guy should be your cover page for Best Looking Man of the Ages!!! He takes my breath away every single time.

Great job!

Beautiful Art work, captures the essence of this most beautiful man. Adam is gorgeous inside and out!

Adam has such talented fans! No wonder though, such an inspiring subject!

Lots of fan art from fans seen here lately. Adam certainly inspires lots of fans to do some type of portrait/painting of him.

Clap! Clap! Clap!

This is a very sinister depiction of Adam but it's very well-done. :)

Wonder if Adam has seen this one? I think he'd love it.

OT, must read this 2014 report about Digital Music Market:

Love his hair black like this picture, it look really neat with the green strikes.

Love, love, love this artwork! I have always liked Adam's evil side so this truly expresses that.
Mega talented, I wish we could buy some of this fan art sometimes. I would love to have it!

#donttouchme .... Is perfect. This is the 'you've crossed the invisible line with me' ... either in person or in print.
I think Adam is a very approachable person, but that doesn't mean he has no boiling point.

Beware the 'Wrath of The Lambert'!....I'm not gonna make him angry.....JAK

Thank you so much for the link to the Digital Music Report 2014... EXTREMELY interesting.. I'm tempted to post it as a thread topic, because it discusses music on a global scale and describes the current evolution and distribution trends of popular music. VERY different from the past..

It highlights Avicii among the other Top Selling Global Artists :"Avicii has gone almost overnight from being a club DJ in Sweden to a global artist who plays in the world’s biggest arenas."

***""Wake Me Up" from TRUE by Avicii was the #3 Top Selling Single on the Global Singles Chart for 2013...***

"Per Sundin [senior vice president, Nordic region, Universal Music Group International] says: “The campaign has been a game changer for the whole music industry. Avicii has built his loyal global fan base through online social media. We’ve focused our marketing resources on targeting the under 30s in the world they live in. That means focusing much more on social media, rather than traditional newspapers and linear television.”

"Sundin also points to the success of Avicii’s brand partnership deals with the likes of Ericsson and Ralph Lauren. “Business understands that music is the frontrunner of change in society and they want to harness its emotional power. Artists know that working with brands helps them reach a broader audience. EDM is built around the collaboration of DJs, songwriters and artists and this is an extension of that. Collaboration is the new creation.”

"The campaign to take Avicii from Swedish club DJ to global superstar underlines how online social media, properly harnessed, can help artists and record companies speed up the process of building a global fan base. It also highlights daring to be innovative can help take an artist to a whole new audience."

Soooo....The music world is changing rapidly and I suspect Adam is working with those who know much about how to market music to the world...not just the US.

Read the entire article if you have time.... It gives a very clear picture of what's working today, and why..

This has absolutely nothing to do with adam. You are delusional if you think it does or that he has anything in common with 23 yo avicii

glitzylady said...

@Anon 8:52 AM

I'm hardly "delusional".. I suspect you missed the point entirely.

The point of my post is NOT what Adam has in common with Avicii...Oh, except that part about Adam being on Avicii's album, and all that..

The point is that global music is changing rapidly and the article that I was referring to has EVERYTHING to do with Adam and his future marketing strategies: Digital music, the disappearing physical CD's, streaming music services, subscription music....and how this is affecting the artists who are successful in today's music.

Read the article, and then maybe you'll understand the point.....

:))))

An easily "clickable" link to the above mentioned
"Digital Music Report 2014" that focuses on Global Sales and marketing strategies in the rapidly changing global music industry. VERY informative and offers insights into where music marketing is going in the present and future.

@8:52 AM

What does an artist's age have to do with anything. At any rate, they are both young men! P. Willliams is in his early forties and he worked with Adam! You are the one that is delusional. They are both artist of achievement. 23 year old Avicii happens to think quite highly of 32 year old Adam, and vice versa! There is quite a much larger age difference between Brian and Roger of Queen and Adam, and his young age has not hindered him at all. You certainly think about things regarding artists working together that make no sense at all. Adam is young not only in age, but in body mind and soul. He also has the maturity of a person way beyond his years!!

8 52am

That is one of the most ridculous statements I have ever heard; and I have heard quite a few.

Anonymous said...

Uh, lmao.

If adam was going to be successful with original music it would have happened long before this. No one is going to pay any more attention to his new music than they will to whatever david cook is putting out.

No offense, but your post is clearly written by a very senior citizen who is quite clueless about the music business

Anonymous said...

@Glitzylady. You're welcome! The part about marketing Katy Perry's Prism album in Global scale is very informative too.

Anonymous said...

9:20, Well, if you have no hopes for his success, why are you here posting about it?

glitzylady said...

@Anon 9:37 AM
Yes, and why I hope some here will read the whole article, at least those parts that give insight to marketing strategies... So interesting to know!!!

Anonymous said...

Excellent artistic expression of Adam's darker side.

Anonymous said...

glitzylady, Thanks so much for the link to the article and for your take on it. I read it pretty closely, and all I can say is that Adam must be astutely aware of how important it is to be on the cutting edge of music marketing. He is very lucky to be associated with Avicii, and whatever benefit he gets from it will be a huge step for him. The old "market model" is over. Technology has blown away old strategies. Adam own music has been high quality, IMO, and I predict that his next album will be high quality also. He will use any and all opportunities to market it. I know we true fans will be supporting him all the way. He's just too talented to not be acknowleged and rewarded for that talent.

I think the article makes it very clear that the U.S. is just one piece in the huge marketing pie. Technology has allowed the market to kind of "even out" over many countries who have equal access to music that is produced anywhere in the world. We in the U.S. have to stop thinking that our market is the only road to success. Adam will be performing throughout his lifetime in some way or another. The possibilities are endless and always changing.

Negativity helps no one. Positivity and perseverance keeps a career going.

Thanks Glitzylady for the link. I don't have time to read it right now but willl later because it. definitely is a must read and most likely does affect Adam's marketing strategies.

Love the fan art and it's striking use of color. It does remind me of some photos we've seen of the sexy, dangerous, edgy expressions of Adam.

Adam's higher profile as an Avicii performer and the popularity of LMD in many countries could help his international sales of Album 3, too. Can't hurt.

I don't know the age of the poster you are referring to; but you sound like a very immature person. You can take offense to this if you like; but, you seem to know very litte about anything, except to go around attempting to insult people that do not agree with your small minded perception of things; just for your information; being a Senior citizen, does not mean you are not smart, quite to the contrary in many instances.

I don't know your age; but I know a lot of Senior citizens that are a heck of a lot smarter then you appear to be. Even at my young age I can see that. Maybe you will become more mature with more years under your belt!
