The dancing is incredible. I can see why Adam tweeted about this. Would be nice if they chose an Adam song to dance to also. That would really be 'sick'.

He tweeted this at 6 AM London time. After parties or some night club(s)? He is not an early bird but night owl.

He was in the audience of the last show of WWRY, Brian and Roger played on stage...I expect there's a good chance they all went to some sort of after party.

INSANELY talented and amazing to watch!

Today, he can sleep in, and be ready for rehearsals on Monday.
I wonder what Brian calls a full day of rehearsals? In Adams book that would be noon to midnight. But Brian and Roger might have and probably do, have a different idea of
a full day, probably starting a bit earlier than noon. I think Adam wakes up slowly bathroom duties, a couple cups of coffee, then might be ready for a green smoothie. Half hour of voice warm up, and he is cracking to go. I think he only needs an hour all told.

And after an eventful day and night you gotta wind down before going to sleep. I stay up very late every night. People are different. Regular, so called "normal working life" just doesn't allow you to live according to your inner clock...

I like watching these talented and oh so bendy, quick on their feet young dancers...but also remember and "smell" the stench of sweat at the end of the sessions... lol!
