GagaBert!

GagBert sounds rather cute...Lambertlust. Shortened form would be GB! lol!
I think Adam had been longing to sing with her, since 5 years ago; after Gaga went to see him and guided him to sing Fever. I remember Adam said Gaga wore a translucent outfit, leaving little for imagination, and egged him on to sing louder...louder...for Fever, a favourite of mine. I saw Fever performed live, with Terrance and Johnny as dancers, very graceful.
The Gaga 'tentacles' are far-reaching, a new door may have been opened.
Their duet of Another One Bites The Dust was well done but Gaga couldn't match Adam's powerhouse though she definitely stoked his fire. lwl!

I didn't realise I spelt GagBert. lol!

I don't know if this has been posted before but I found this full version of the duet ON YouTube. I think that the audio is better than some other YouTube posts making their rounds...

I don't know how to embed that. Maybe just cut and paste it if you are interested.

Adam and Shosh have just favorited some fan tweets. It's a message to all of us to not go whining about things in the comment sections of publications like Rolling Stone etc.

We all know the names we always see whining and complaining and defending Adam in the comment sections all over the internet. This clearly does him no favors and Adam and Shosh are telling us to stop. Hope the usual people who leave those types of comments get the message.

This was favorites by Adam and Shosh:
@PattiHum
You know, when a major site like RS covers an epic collab & one of the artist's fans goes there & starts whining, it does him no good!!

@14gelly
I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND NOW WHAT HE WANTS FROM HIS FANS. OMFGGGGG

@14gelly
@Jadelle1 There are certain "fans " who go to the articles about Adam , Rolling Stone specifically now, and "defending Adam @lovesummer22

As far as I'm concerned this would also mean stop complaining on all of the review sites where the reviewer didn't give a 100% glowing review. It does Adam no good to do that. And he is watching.

This video so much better than some of the previous ones. Thanks Sophie Michelle. After seeing this one, I don't feel it was such a mess after all. Loved how Adam was always in control vocally as well as leading the band through it.

Thanks Sophie Michelle for the video.
It definitely makes the duet sound better than all the previous ones.....no perfect, especially the woooooooo's, but much better...

as to complaining on articles, it is nearly always the same 5 or 6 names that you see complaining on nearly every article.
As to not saying anything on bad reviews, most fans manage to write very article, well written comments, again its just the odd 1 or 2 that spoils it for most of us, and the fandom a bad name.

Thank you Anonymous!!!
So glad you posted the tweets he favorited.
This is exactly what I was getting at with my post yesterday morning on the Gagabert (love that btw) video thread.
It's important to remember "we are not alone" while on the www.
Have a great day folks!

Another great tweet from gelly. Never on media sites!

@14gelly
@Trina134 THIS! Whine and do what you want to in discussions but NEVER on media sites @PattiHum

@PRS
I saw those tweets late last night and I immediately thought of your post from yesterday.. You were prophetic and absolutely right on!! :))

And as some fans were saying on twitter yesterday: let's not make Adam a "victim".. He's doing pretty darn fine! One performance with another star doesn't take away from his success with his career, specifically his great association and tour with Queen... And instead of rehashing the old news, the old stories, we need to move forward along with him, to whatever comes next for him.. Exciting times!!

And a reminder to us here too: we never know where our words might show up, and who might be reading them..

Oh, and this news of the Queen/Gaga/Adam Lambert duet has traveled everywhere, all over the world.. It's all good news and press for Adam... Love it!!!

I think sometimes fans forget that Adam DOES check the social media sites and does pay attention to what we say. Overly "passionate" fans who spew negativity in the name of "supporting" Adam are doing him no favors. It's one thing to do a little grousing on a fansite. I do that myself sometimes. But on a major media site? No way! Kudos to Adam for speaking up. This duet was less about the song itself than it was about the event. Adam and Gaga singing together, which is getting MAJOR coverage. I'm glad that she stayed and watched the rest of the show, too. I want her ears to hear every note of Adam's voice just like we do.

I was also glad that Gaga stayed and watched the rest of the show. Of course she felt honored that Queen and Adam went to see her show too.
I will say one thing, don't know if any one agrees with me or not, but my opinion is that Adam out glammed Gaga, no small feat.
As someone else said, Adam singing with Gaga, really stoked his fire, almost needed to call in the fire brigade to put him out. He was so excited to be doing a duet with a top pop icon.
I bet he went to bed smiling, that didn't have anything to do with sex. LOL

Now wasn't that a nice conversation to take part in and read!!!!

See it doesn't hurt,

I remember when Adam had to share the stage in Las Vegas with Nate Ruess of FUN, I was shocked! Nate was adorable but I just remember how I thought, who in their right mind could have juxtaposed Nate Ruess' voice with Adam's? Now when I go back to view that particular performance with QUEEN, I realise that Nate fulfilled a bucket list dream of his, to perform with QUEEN. Nate full well knew that his voice had no match with Adam's voice, but his dream came true and that is all he will remember when he tells his grandchildren one day about his fame with QUEEN. And that is exactly what happened with Adam in Sydney. The ever gracious Dr Brian May and Roger gave Adam that chance to perform with one of his idols, Lady GaGa. GaGa helped Adam with Fever and Adam helped GaGa with AOBTD. Exposure for Adam was the outcome of that bit of fun on stage. It really proved that Adam is so professional that he can take any situation and make the other artist smell like a rose. Adam is simply, THE BOMB. Margarita Lady

Margarita Lady.....Yes Adam is simply The BomB ! Whoa, I never meant to spell it this way...it jumped out by itself. lol! Explodes twice.

Anne Marie.....Yes yes Adam out-glammed Gaga. If I may add on a bit; Gaga's facial expression is always the same, stoic; not that there's anything wrong with that; but Adam's face speaks volumes even without saying a word. Gaga needs to be viewed from the inside; she too is distinctive, original, with heart.
