I think Adam was cute in high school, clean cut with the same handsome features. He was heavier then, but so were a lot of football players. He was the cutest on the People before pics. I wouldn't call him geeky, but the end result is People thinks he looks good now and he was mentioned. :)

I agree with everything you said. Couldn't have said it better.

Adam has two good-looking parents, so his gene pool is strong. All his best features are now mature and well-honed. He evolved from a cute kid to a beautiful man. He was never really geeky, IMO. Nice to see him included in the group.

Feel so proud; well he did make people magazine. Of course we all know that he is fans most beautiful; and we are "people" to, ha ha!

So adorable as a child, and so handsome as a young man in the present. Agree with everyone above.

Congratulations dear wonderful Adam!!

Although Adam was certainly cute in high school, he has since attained sexy Rock God looks beyond compare!
I would never call him geeky, just a rose waiting to bloom. I'm happy he was in People Magazine and, of course, is the most beautiful!

He was good looking then and he gets even more handsome as he ages and his features mature.

I don't mean to look to deep into this as I know this article is simply for entertainment and fun....
But, I do think it's important that young people aren't bombarded with messages that looking pretty much normal (such as these celebrities represented) as a young person.... And not a Hollywood star.... looks "geeky" and, hence, not "good enough". That message is part of the fundamental pressures young people face today. And not simply young people.... Celebrities themselves many times seem to be affected by the pressure of the media not allowing them liberty to appear "normal" while emphasizing and picking apart "flaws" (as determined by the media outlets themsleves, of course... The culture influenced by them and, the age of cosmetic surgery and appearance "police" perfectionists).

Having shared all that seriousness ;-)....
It's a fun and rather cute article... (just made me wince a little).

I'm also happy that focus is put on Adam in People and how gorgeous he truly is. Inside & out! :))))

There has never been anything geeky about Adam evah! :)

Adam was not considered a geek because of his looks.....as he has said, he was a theater, music, drama department geek!

Think how well a lot of high school theater geeks turned out!

I am just wondering about the comments on Twitter and elsewhere that start out--"Adam Lambert, I am so proud-----"---like a mother says to her son or a boss says to his employee. Just kind of bothers me--forgive me if I am being picky. Just seems that we are not the ones he has to prove anything too. The pride is to be felt by him. We are just the fans and can enjoy his accomplishments but that is the only stake we have in anything he does. We do not manage or own his career.

Amen!
