Guys can be pretty. I find Adam both handsome and pretty. If you have seen him in person you can't deny the pretty.
Is this pic from today or another day? That's the problem with these types of retweets, can't when it is from or what the caption was.
There are pretty (girly-looking) boys but Adam isn't one of them. He's a macho-looking guy who is awesomely HANDSOME. I've seen Adam in person a number of times.

You only need to look at all the thousands (pheeeewww!) of various types of Adam photos and you can clearly see that he has both of them in spades, the feminine and masculine beauty.... imo that is what makes him so especially memerizing & unique. Plus his persona, of course.
Pretty doesn't mean girly to me so yes, Adam is pretty.
