Have we all drafted up our “Thank You” letters to Adam Lambert for posting the photo above on Instagram today? Because if not, get on that!
The singer, fashion guru and owner of perfect chest hair was back on that gym grind today after a few days of rest in Los Angeles. He landed on Saturday and he’s already back to working out. I would have needed at least two weeks of sleep.
Adam posted the photo above with the caption, “Gym time back in Hollywood– @trainersethg pump!” Oh, and there was a second photo.

Once you start working out, you cannot stop, or you have to start building up again, you loose your momentum. Probably why he has a personal trainer, to keep him on schedule. Not sure what Adam's personal agenda is, that he is trying to accomplish. Looks like mostly building up and toning his arms, and possibly legs and waist.
All I know it is a lot of hard work, and actually not much fun, but the results are satisfying.
When Adam dropped the spiked sleeves from his arms and danced around, the first thing that came to my mind was "Popeye the Sailor Man." Hold it where you are, Adam. You look great now, actually, perfect. But muscle bound doesn't fit the image of a rock star.
He is definitely trying to keep up his exercise and fitness momentum. Good for him! It's so easy to just let it go and then never start again. But he has a lot at stake. Performing, touring, photo shoots, etc. He wants to look his best. And he is looking amazing! Not over-sculpted or musclebound. Just well-toned and healthy and slim. YUM!
Adam needs to run and to swim to stay toned. Swimmers have long muscles, not bulging ones and both swimming and running are good for lung capacity which a singer needs.
Fortunately, as I understand it, anyway.... Adam's trainer is incorporating a particularly well-rounded training routine with plenty of cardio (running and jogging, as well) into the workouts, so that's good....
Thankfully, it sounds like a pretty darn good health plan for our Mr. GFG.... The person AND the Rock Star. :))))
.... And Dee R Gee, it probably goes without saying: I'm totally with you on the "YUM". Mmmmmhmmmm.....! ;-))
Let's let Adam decide his routine and what he wants to look like.

Ditto.
