Even after 40 years, Queen can still pull in the big numbers. Ditto Fleetwood Mac.
Both oldies and goodies. :-)
I hope Adam got a nice chunk of that, the concert was soooo good , we are still reliving it.
Just wanted to let everyone know that Amazon is selling the Queen Adam Lambert T shirts for 10.99. It is listed as the 2015 tour but it is actually the 2014 tour t shirt. This is the same shirt I purchased at the concert for $30.
What I want more than anything for Adam is for him to still be relevant in the entertainment industry years from now, just like Fleetwood Mac, etc. etc. I want him to be active in the business in some capacity (esp. singing) till he's an old man with a long, successful legacy behind him that will be remembered. I think of Tony Bennett, who can still deliver the goods in his eighties. I just want Adam to become a major part of modern music history. He's already got some "firsts" and "onlies," and he certainly has the talent.
I want Adam to get and be whoever he wants to be. Doesn't matter to me if it is Tony Bennett famous or not as long as it is what Adam wants.
Dee R Gee,
What a nice thing to say about Adam, and I agree, I hope he will be known in the industry for years to come.
7:45 you don't have to always try to put a persons comments down..
Dee R Gee I am sure wants Adam to be who he wants to be, so don't try to make an argument out of it.
I believe with the amount of talent Adam has he will continue in show business one way or another. He can have a multi tiered career in many fields.
DRG,
EXACTLY my same heartfelt wish for Adam for he more than deserves it for who he is.
