Yes very good...this avatar fits the 21st century Adam, very modern and confident; looove the front lock of hair falling down; reminds me of the surf-wave-tunnel. lwl!

The star-burst captures the synchrony between Brian and Adam. Both relying on and believing in each other's capacity to take their music to a whole different level. In short, they found their match on equal footing...in talent/originality/power.
Whenever Adam ends his power notes, as in WWTLF or TSMGO, Brian immediately takes over with his shrill guitar strings...I often feel Adam's human vocal cords are up against those steel guitar strings. lwl! Quite profound, human vs steel, sounds.

Lam-My, hello, hello!
Yes, it's "human vs steel", but so many times it's much more than that , Brian's guitar played by his magical fingers , can weep, can love , can long for, can mourn ..., it becomes a partner, a guide. Brian's riffs and solos are "feelings"expressed on those steel guitar strings.

"Less is more", it has become an obsession to me, I can understand Adam's intention to "tone down" his image, his explanations are credible, we all change with age , experience, interests.I can also understand MM's minimal approach to his music , keep the song simple, this is one of the current pop musicians' options , anyway it is not diversity that defines current pop.
I'm only worried about the possibility of Adam becoming one of the many, MM has warned him, "you're in a new space". What exactly does it mean? I think we'll find out in a week or two.

Hello Pan....."you're in a new space" gives rise to thoughts of breaking out of the norm, which may require some risk-taking; you and I will embrace it. From current reviews and billboard rankings, there is a very good vibe it will stand out; yes the snippet sounds a bit different from what we've heard so far on Adam's albums.
Agree about what you said regarding Brian's magical guitar that can weep, mourn, lift, love...Like Adam, Brian's guitar, plays from his heart and soul.

Here we are, you, the unstoppable optimist, I, the well-tempered optimist, you thinking of "breaking out the norm", I, thinking that electronica could overshadow his vocals. It is not the different vibe that I'm concerned about, it is the producers' old habit to computerize voices in pop.

Pan.....Oh I see, then I refer you back to Avicii's LMD...Adam's voice was computerised, electronised like lay-lay-lay me...lay-lay-lay me... and then one part it became a low drawl...but most of Adam's voice remained intact...I like LMD and the disco boom boom like Adam said you can dance to it. Basically, I trust Adam's arrangements of songs, like what he did to the Queen songs...I think Brian and Roger gave him a lot of leeway in the arrangements. Similarly, Adam would do likewise with MM who has a lot of respect for Adam in this area.

They would be fools if they tried to stifle or computerize the Glam one's voice in any fashion. I don't think Adam would let that happen.

He is not afraid to stand up for the integrity of his musical talents of vocals and delivery!

I believe that Adam would strongly stand his ground on any efforts to compromise on things in a song that were important to him, if he did not agree with the way it was going, he has done it before, and look where he is today! Trust the Glam one; he is nobody's robot!!!
