As soon as we learned the snippet of Underground was not authorized, we deleted our thread and all other links posted on the blog...

We respect the wishes and requests of Adam and his management.. And will delete if it becomes necessary.. In the meantime, enjoy...

Thanks for posting GL I would think Adam and Shosh would know people would film this unless they all signed non-disclosure contracts.

Apparently no point in waiting to see if Adam shares the link or if nothing is said by Shosh in the next 12 hours. Wouldn't want to err on the side of Adam's best interest.

Nothing wrong with a little bit of "mouth watering" and increased hype in anticipation of "The Original High" :) Just got on here and was happy to listen to the snippets. I very much like what I hear. That's the sound that I can identify with Adam - mature, sensual, sexy, deep. Counting days now...

OMG! I love this snippet. I have a feeling that The Original High will be my fav song in the album after he sang a line in a radio station. (I knew it's too early to judge). I'm loving what I heard so far. Can't wait to hear the whole album.

It's an interesting case of telepathic communication! LOL Joking! But the truth is that I've given the matter a lot of thought, thoughts of not a professional who sometimes "creates" her own music vocabulary:how can a tenor's voice like Adam's , perfect but without distinctive features be more easily recognizable? Secret of Polichinelle, through vocal technique!I've always had in mind Matt Bellamy's(of Muse) "gaspy", "panted" vocal technique.
Adam's voice ,in the belting range , is also thin, but ,I think, more embellished.
Kudos to Adam for this surprising , unexpected and difficult to be sung snippet!

His falsetto is so pretty! Did he say there was a song that was all falsetto on the album in an interview? If so, I would think that's The Original High. Adam sounds BEYOND amazing in both snippets!!! And don't even get me started on how amazing he looks. :)

I have high expectations/hopes/certainties that era 3 will also mean another stage of his vocal journey, that he will use his already polished voice,versatility , the amazing ability to sing anything/everything, the capability to approach rock, funk, pop, house R&B and create a style of his own, , unique, easy to be recognized, imitated by younger mates.

LOVE this snippet - best so far for me. I know many will disagree but this sounds like a Barry Gibbs number and I'm a big fan of Barry Gibb. YAY! Dance music!!!

Yes, it WILL take awhile for him to obtain more exposure; therefore, becoming more well know. When more and more people hear and see him perform the tracks from THE ORIGINAL HIGH, he gets more exposure, the words that Jamie Fox said of Adam when he mentored him on Idol, "HE'S GONNA KNOCK PEOPLE'S HEADS OFF"!
Hope I got the quote right, I know it was something like that. I just know he was very, very impressed with Adam's extraordinary talents!!! One think for sure; after hearing all these latest songs from Adam; I agree with Jamie Fox!!!!!

I know I was the first poster on this thread, but I just have to add that I love the sound of TOH and it seems to have a great hook. Can't WAIT to hear the whole thing! So cool that Adam got to perform in NYC in such an intimate setting to such an appreciative audience.

Glamberts should stay off the ig of business people they don't know, like those who saw adam last night. So embarrassing to see them chime in when people think they are just leaving a comment to their friends. And the snark towards them obviously goes over their heads. They make fools of themselves and Adam.

Love it!!!! Can't wait to hear the whole song.

When an Instaram picture, video, etc., is tagged with @adamlambert or #AdamLambert, etc. it becomes public..and viewable. Or even just tagged with his name.. Unless the acct. is private, anyone can view and comment.. The sometimes downside of social media.. I certainly haven't seen all of the comments on every pic etc., but what I HAVE seen just express excitement about Adam performing at this "showcase" event.

Whew! What an incredible surprise! So unexpected! I loved the snippet (although way too short for my liking) of TOH! So far each of the 3 songs we've heard from the album are fantastic IMO! I love all of them and they are so different from each other. Adam and his team have done it this time...Era 3 is it!!!! I cannot wait to hear the whole album and makes we want to order more copies to gift now so others can enjoy our boy's extraordinary talent. WOW <3333

I get that this was a special showcase show for record company and management people, to hi-light the offerings of the performers. In that light, the people who posted the snippets of songs, did so I feel in the spirit of giving attention and showing praise and approval of the artists. This audience was tptb of the industry, so it's not as if the posting of the snippets was unapproved of or unwanted by the artists or their management. JMO

TOH is a fun side trip into Frankie Valli territory....or as someone above said Barry Gibb.....I like the falsetto :-)

Adam didn't leak that he was going to be part of this showing. He must have been totally prepared to sing, don't know who the back up musicians were, but evidently he impressed the right people. I loved the snippet of TOH, I am really looking forward to the rest of the album. Looks like Warner Music is doing a fine job of promos .

It is true that some fans have left embarrassing comments on some of the IGs. "Welcome to the glamily" isn't something you say to a stranger who only said how good something was. It's not appropriate to be asking them for more info. That's not their job.

These comments are akin to the issue of who radio personnel see at meet and greets. These were people in the industry that can book Adam for TV shows and concerts. It is in Adam's best interest that his fans don't offend these people or give negative impressions.

We have seen before that some people get upset at strangers commenting on their pics or vids. Just because the account isn't private and a tag makes it easy to find does not mean you should comment.

The snarky comments by the IG owners and their friends tells us some fans crossed the line.

Just a "like" is often the best way to show appreciation for an IG.

@12:59 I hope that did not happen. I know sometimes fans can do more harm than good. I know they were commenting on the post for the lady that works for Jimmy Fallen. She seemed cool with the comments, but like you said some people aren't. Thanks for reminding us to not be over zealous.

@12:59, thanks for taking a few more lines, a little more time, to express your point of view. I think it is a very valid one! When all was explained by you in a little more detail, I understood better, and I think you make a very good point.

Back to listening to this snippet of The Original High. It's giving me major goosebumps!! :-)))
