Wish I could understand all these radio chart things. Wasn't this posted a while back? I remember reading about the 50th time for American Idols.

Listening to Ryan Seacrest this morning and Adam was #25 on Ryan's top 40. Is the American top40 different? I'm with you 10:37, it's to confusing!

Great to hear Adam broke into the CHR chart. (Too many charts for me to keep track of. I think he is higher on the HAC chart.)

I always thought the top 40 chart was based on billboard top 100,but I'm little confuse too but its still great news.

11:59 AM, not that I understand the whole thing but no, Billboard 100 is different from HAC and CHR which are radio play charts. I think Billboard 100 represents sales. Billboard also has a variety of charts.

What, this is confusing me? I live in Canada, and I heard Ghost Town on top 40 with Ryan seacrest. It was number 17. Is it the same here in Canada? Or does it differ depending on were you live? 17 or 40?

Breaking the top 40 on any major chart is an achievement. Adam broke the top 40 and I am VERY happy! :) :) :) :) And GT may climb higher yet. Songs have been know to do that.

And top 40 usually means more radio play, which means more exposure which means more sales. Glass half full.

I know, we all think that he should be number one. Let's just rejoice and be happy that he made it. This in itself is history making for him. HIP, HIP HOORAY!! Doing the happy dance here. MY HEART IS A HAPPY TOWN!!!!

There are multiple charts for different kinds of music, for different countries, for radio play or sales.

Ghost Town is currently 28 on CHR and 22 on HAC radio charts. Hopefully he can break into the top 20 this coming week or two.

There is also a Shazam chart. Adam is at 33 world wide and 37 US.

Then there are iTunes charts that I haven't checked recently.

This week we will hear from Billboard where The Original High album came in on first week sales. There is also a chart for Ghost Town sales.

Listening in ny since since 3pm heard ghost town four times total. twice on top 40 ktu once on z100 and once on hot ac fresh 102.7. Ktu then fresh 102.7 then z100 back to back to back!!! 3 times in row in 5 pm hr

Let me just rest my EYES.... :)

The question was not to me; but, Adam is constantly making all kinds of history. Some mentioned; some not! But, his album will go down in that particular radio chart in Idol history as one of only fifty top forty albums; and I think this album is going to be making all kind of history firsts for Adam Lambert. If things had been handled right all of his albums would have been recognized in all of these crazy polls and charts. Real truth be told; all of Adam's three albums are great, great works of musical ART!! They will live on forever in musical history and in the hearts and minds of many!!!

I don't understand all these crazy charts and positions and what they mean; crazy stuff. He's in the game; so his wonder fans are playing for all kind of wins for our dear seet man!

Ghost Town is #16 on Australia's official Singles Chart, and #17 on Australia's official Digital Singles Chart, both of which are excellent, considering there's been very little promo of Ghost Town in Australia.

Ghost Town is also #4 on the Aria Album Charts in Australia!!! Adam already expressed the ultimate 'WOW' to Aussie fans!
We're experiencing OODLES of Ghost Town airplay here @1.19am with obviously heaps more to come when the promo hits! (Which must be close now!)
