That was such fun when Adam strutted out in that Elmo jacket during the London performance on QAL's first (6 city) tour! I think it was for "Dragon Attack"---and he really worked it!

Particularly amusing was when they were leaving the stage, Brian cavalierly offered his arm to Adam... who linked his arm through Brian's. And they ambled companionably offstage together! That was SO funny!

It also confirmed that Brian, however dignified he might seem, was completely "on board" with Adam's antics and sense of humor, and obviously enjoyed him. Nice!

I hope we haven't seen the last of that great jacket. Wonderfully OTT!

P.S. Just remembered... Adam also wore the Elmo jacket briefly on that VH1 DIVAS TV show.

I love the Elmo jacket, too, and I hope we see it again. But I don't think it belongs to Adam. I remember him saying that it belongs to the designer (The Blondes?). Anyway, I love it. And that Brian/Adam/Elmo exit from the stage was perfect.

Dee R Gee... I'm glad you saw/remember that exit, too. It's such fun to share these memories with friends/Glamberts. It's also fun to point them out to others, especially newcomers, who don't have the rich memories we have from so many years as Adam fans.

Sometimes I feel that I am too long-winded while savoring tidbits of Adam's history on this site. Maybe so.... but knowing these memories will make Adam MORE REAL to newcomers who are willing to delve more deeply into what makes a Glambert...and why.

Nanbert, go ahead and "savor" all you want. I think the long-time fans here totally understand. Sometimes my heart is so full, I just have to write it all out.

Thank you, Dee R Gee...you DO understand, my Glam sister. I've seen it in your writings. Perhaps your family is more understanding than mine, but mine thinks I'm nuts when it comes to being a Glambert. I can't even talk to them about it.

And I don't know any Glamberts outside this website.....so this is the only place I can pour out my true thoughts, feelings and precious memories to others who understand.
