Global Citizen performance just posted on Queen Official's YouTube:

Thank you Gelly and y0116jp for all the video!

haha....I see Adam's "scratching" his "make-up itch"...and playing with those wigs that he got earlier in quarantine. He's very artistic....and a bit weird and nutty. Glad he's having fun! Love watching him do it!

What I really like is that Adam feels comfortable showing himself doing that....he trusts his Glamberts to have fun with him.

Ok people the last time I posted NOBODY responded and I was a sad camper and felt all alone, that gave me anxiety. I will forgive all of you because I'm so happy. I come bearing "good news", the Grammy Museum announced their Digital ( due to covid 19) June Schedule events with a DRUM ROLL...Virtual Concert with Adam Lambert on Monday June 15th!!!!!! Theres other artists listed but Adam will perform only that day. Grammy Museum says its free, however that means.

Have to point out the irony of Adam being in the two polls above..."Most Handsome Man in the World" and "Most Stylish Men"....in light of a couple of the photos of him above! Hilarious juxtaposition! hahahaha

Sunflower, I know how you feel. Sometimes I post something and nobody responds. But I keep on posting anyway. I was excited to read about the Grammy Museum event also! And Adam will be performing on Monday, June 15! He is definitely keeping busy whenever he can. I think he has more stuff in the works, too.

Sunflower said...

Nanbert have you not read the good news I posted?

Sunflower said...

Yes Dee R Gee it felt lonely. Hahaha I am excited for this concert too and can't wait for upcoming projects from Adam.

Nanbert said...

Sunflower...exciting news about the Grammy Museum/Adam performance on 6/15...thanks!

Sorry Sunflower...sometimes I start a comment, something comes up before I finish it, and then another comment (yours, in this case) comes in before I finish. Did not catch that great Grammy Museum news first time around.

You say it will be digital...but will that be on computer only or television?

Thank You Sunflower! Indeed a great news. I miss Adam's performances so much. I think that's why I hate this pandemic the most.

Adam looks incredible in this short appearance.

FYI, Adam has just put out some very strong statements about the current violence as a result of the death of George Floyd.

Trump supporters here are not going to like what he had to say, Dee. I'm reading stuff on twitter but can't bring it in because I think its from his other social media besides Twitter. I only do Twitter. We quote Adam all the time here, I'd like to see a thread on what he's been saying posted here.

We know that Adam's wide circle of friends includes a variety of people of color, sexuality, ethnicity. I would guess that he has had many discussions with them over the years about equality and treatment under the law. I admire him for speaking his mind.

Nanbert said...

Thanks for the links to Adam's postings, Patria. I don't have twitter. I'm glad he's speaking out.

Nanbert said...

I don't have instagram either, but can see your link.

Patria said...

I don't have Instagram. The links I've posted here are Instagram from other peoples Twitter accounts. Instagram won't let me in anymore. For reasons unknown to me I can copy and paste them if they are in Twitter. ???It's really sad how untechy I am.

I'm glad Adam is speaking out too. When it comes to race, he's the most colorblind person I know of. And sexual identity as Dee noted.
This is off topic but, Pete Buttigieg did a lot to help and offer advice to gays who asked for it during his campaign and told one young man that 'what is strange about you is your power'. Reminded me of Adam's songs, Superpower and The Stranger You Are.

Nanbert said...

If anybody can post Adam's complete and "strong statements", I think we all would like to see them.

I am glad he is speaking out as well! Sunflower I did not see your post I am sorry dear.
I have not heard how my heart tests came out yet had them Thursday.
Hope to hear soon. Then 2 dr have to clear me in order to let me get the surgery now. That's only if the heart tests come out ok. Have appointments next week other ones.
Well I will follow you Adam and I have fought the fight in my household and parts of my family. Thank you for standing up for what you believe.
Your a true friend to your friends. Your a man that stands up for what you feel is right. Right now I think your darn mad and you have every right to be. Do not feel you are alone in that.

Dee R Gee said...

Sue, hope your test results allow you to have your surgery. And yes, Adam is a true friends to his own friends. I am glad he is speaking out.

Nanbert said...

Sue!....I was hoping you were finally having your surgery!. And here you are, still awaiting your results from the heart tests! So sorry! This must be a terrible strain on you. Hope things resolve positively soon.

Sue Smith said...

I am not talking about my girls they believe the way I do.

Sue Smith said...

Thank you Dee R Gee and Nanbert I hope so to. Yes Adam is a good man doing the right thing. That's the way I feel.

Adam's Instagram comments about the current US situation can be accessed on this site. Go to the top of the main page and click on "INSTAGRAM". Right at this moment, they're the first 2 comments.

A police officer has been killed in Oakland, California.

Sue Smith said...

I believe something has to be done something strong and swift. However I do not think burning buildings down and killing people is the way to get it.
Certainly not all policemen are the way these policemen were and others have been. There have been terrible examples of brutality from police.
We need leadership in this country to stop the brutality of policemen we are not getting that.
Brutality unfortunately begets brutality and that's what's happening now and they are both very wrong.
Peaceful demonstrations do not seem to work either. We need administrative help not just to call in the military to stop the mess that's happening but to stop the brutality to black lives and others.
Rosemary that is terrible and wrong.
Two wrongs most definitely do not make a right.
I can see just how Adam feels and many others who are not physically brutal in any way. They can only express their frustrations on the internet. People feel helpless.

Sue Smith said...

I think peaceful demonstration are certainly the way to go. I just wish they were given some attention but they are not. That's why I said that above about peaceful demonstrations.
This administration could care less.
Alot of this brutality is from opportunist criminals taking advantage of this terrible situation. They are just making things worse in my humble opinion. Not feeling well so that's all I am saying. But I would feel even worse if I did not give my opinion backing Adam as well.
