There were a few special moments at the Queen + Adam Lambert concert in Auckland, New Zealand on February 7, 2020.  During "Doing All Right" Adam shares a lovely, brotherly moment with Roger as they duet.


And last month we featured "I Was Born To Love You" in Osaka where Adam added some spectacular glory notes at the end.  Well, in Auckland, he topped himself again(!) — and great that in this video, by marbur11, the image is close-up and sound excellent.

Adam Lambert recorded a special clip for Live With Kelly & Ryan on the subject of "My Favorite Oscars Memory."  It comes as no surprise that his choice is one that is very personal to him: opening the Oscars telecast last year with Brian May & Roger Taylor (Queen + Adam Lambert): 


The 92nd Annual Academy Awards will air live this Sunday, February 9th, starting at 8:00pm EST / 5:00pm PST on ABC.  (Adam will not be in attendance!)

Billboard was given the exclusive by Adam Lambert to announce that he will have his own 'mini-residency' at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, April 22, 24 and 25, 2020! 


PRESALES START THURSDAY (2/6/20) AT 10:00am PST!

This will not be Adam's first time doing a mini-residency in Las Vegas as we all remember that Queen + Adam Lambert did their own at the Park MGM Casino in September 2018 as part of their "Crown Jewels" tour.  Adam previously appeared solo in Las Vegas in a two-night gig at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's The Joint venue in December 2015 (where he and Queen had performed previously in July 2014).

The artwork and track listing for Adam Lambert's "VELVET" has been posted on Amazon Japan for pre-order!  It has yet to appear on the main US site.

Adam's new, long-anticipated album combines the previously released "SIDE A" EP together with his 2019 'single-only' releases ("Comin In Hot," "New Eyes" and "Feel Something") and four new songs: his recently announced new single, "Roses," a collaboration with Nile Rodgers that, in fact, drops tomorrow, February 4th; "On The Moon"; "Love Don't"; and, the title track.

Those new tracks and previously-released singles will eventually be, as per Adam on his recent Twitter party, a new special order "Side B" to be released later as a merchandise item, most likely via the website of his record label, Empire.
