Well, I was hoping Adam would change up his outfit, and boy, he sure did! We got school-girl pleated skirt, studded black leather jacket (which we've seen before) and then some big poofy leggings or boots or whatever they are. Be careful what you ask for. LOL Don't know what he was thinking, but hey, it's Adam. You never know what you're gonna get.
He sounded fantastic, of course. Love the little changes in the setlist. And his "speech" was spot-on. Can't wait to see vids! Now, on to Tampa, where I have relatives who likely have never heard of Adam. LOL
Haha...Dee R Gee...I agreed with your earlier comment about Adam's first outfit. Those shorts looked baggy and awkward. And I agree with this one, too. But you're right...it's Adam! Wow, he must have been roasting in that outfit in Florida!
The sound on the video above was excellent....and certainly proves that Adam is in TOP VOICE!
How does he keep getting better all the time???? Hopefully, his famous vocal stamina is still intact for the QAL concerts coming up. If Brian and Roger are watching these performances, they must be dying to get back on stage with him...he's simply magnificent!
Speaking of magnificant....Adam's band is fabulous....each member is SOLO quality. I love the way Adam introduces each one and gives them time to shine. It's certainly worth it. It's a wonder those stages don't collapse with the weight of all that talent.
Last, but not least, I wish Adam would "tone down" the "WeSayGay" rhetoric a bit...maybe just cut back on the "fingers" and the expletives. I don't want for him to be mobbed by some homophobic DeSantis "goons"! But, of course he SHOULD still give his point of view!
I wouldn't worry about his We Say Gay speech. His audience and fans expect him to do it. Talker that he is, he has added more to it since the first show. But it really doesn't bother me. I don't expect any "goons" to bother him.
"The Joke" gets lovelier and more poignant every time I hear it. I expect the next three shows to be every bit as good as the first three. He is on fire! Then on to QAL!
Well, hope you're right about the "goons"....but there's a lot of nut cases out there who will believe and do anything to support autocrats like DeSantis....as well as plenty of homophobes who would be happy to ruin Adam's tour. I'm broken hearted to see the direction Florida is going in....it used to be a wonderful "melting pot" of ALL sorts of people.
As he progresses in this tour, Adam just seems to get more and more "in stride"...what a pleasure to see him at the top of his game! Can't get enough of his fabulous interpretation of "The Joke"!
Oliver made stories on Instagram. He talks a bit about his short-term future. I have a good feeling that he will definitely leave his country to be with Adam in Los Angeles. I thought there would be a problem with the visa but it seems they have found a solution. It is true that Oliver seems to have integrated well into Adam's life and environment. Happy for them.
Just saw a pic on FB of Adam from last night's Tampa show. He's finally wearing a pair of well-fitting jeans and a shirt and long open vest and he looks GREAT! Can't wait to see the fan vids!

Just saw a vid, and during WWL, he lifts up the skit over his waist, and shows some very sexy jeans underneath. Mystery solved.
