Adam Lambert Not Likely To Be At Teen Choice Awards

With the American Idol tour keeping the top 10 busy on the road, fans of Adam Lambert, our favourite glam rocker, have had to rely on the ramblings of blogs, the media and updates from the rocker himself through Twitter and his website. His appearance on Good Morning America, where he performed the Muse track Starlight, was a plesant surprise.

It is still unknown if he'll make an appearance at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 9), although it's higly unlikely as the awards are held in Hollywood, California and the Idol tour hits the stage in Newark, New Jersey the same night. Depending on his Idol call time and the Teen Choice schedule, he could potnetially fly to the awards.

Lambert has confirmed in various interviews that he'll be working with producers RedOne and Greg Wells on his post-Idol debut CD. RedOne has previosuly worked with Lady Gaga and New Kids On The Block, while Wells is known for his work with Mika, Pink and Katy Perry. They are said to begin recording sometime after the Idor tour ends this fall.
