Ok so it says ABC is what it's on. I have dish network, and they combine ABC with local channels. So for the time slot access Hollywood should be in instead says 'nascar racing' on the guide. So I'm completely confused. Help please?

I have dish neywork and it says NASCAR instead of access Hollywood!!!! I can't find access Hollywood anywhere!! And I have to watch it!! Please someone help!!!
