According to this blog, this is the official cover of the single. I'm not 100% sure this is true though. This is a photoshoot from the Details Magazine. Is it possible for them to take this picture and make it as a single cover at all?

This is fan-made, can we please stop circulating it? It came up two or three weeks ago and the gullible retards in this fandom don't seem to get that Details owns those pictures and therefore they aren't being used for a single cover.
