I was SO happy to see this picture this A.M. I was at work, got an alert on my phone..and there it was. It's so amazing to me that I would be so overcome with joy for Adam and Sauli, two people I really don't even know personally for heaven's sake!! But the meaning of the Finnish word RAKASTAN, is very deep. People usually say rakastan to their husband, wife, parents, children. In Finland you say rakastan to people that are very important and very close to you.

And when we Finns speak, we can use the word Viking, which in that contex, means a blond man with blue eyes (the Scandinavian look.) So, in that way, Sauli is a Viking. ;)

The Finnish Sauli Koskinen and world known pop star Adam Lambert have dated for months, and last month Adam finally confirmed the relationship by writing "Rakastan" in Finnish on his Twitter site. This time it's another clearly more significant love confession.

The message on the love confession published on Twitter is the same as last time, "Rakastan", but this time it included a romantic picture too. In th epicture Sauli Koskinen sits on Adam Lambert's lap with his hand on his sweetheart's neck. After the publication of this picture there's no doubts about the relationship. Due to this relationship Sauli has catapulted into the most known Finnish star in the entertainment business.

Adam Lambert became famous after coming second in the famous American Idol competition in 2009. The 28 year old (29 y) singer's debut album was published soon after the show in the end of 2009. The album went to No.3rd in the Billboard 200 list. His album was in the Finnish album list over 25 weeks and it's mostly known songs are Whataya Want from Me, If I Had You and the debut album's title song For Your Entertainment.

Vikings were merchants, there was a heavy population of Vikings in finnish south and west coastline where vikings had their trading centers they also travelled on horsebacks to trade luxury items in inner country. Finland was also called as "Naistemaa" Land of females among Vikings and it was fashionable to have a bride from there ( brides were told to have special mythical powers )

Also archeological findings in Finland tells a strong connection to viking culture, graves has contained viking swords, buckles what were typical for vikings also clothing which is exactly viking style also items like arab coins which are directly linked to viking trips...

I thought that the fact that Adam himself sent this pic with a Finnish word "Rakastan" = "I love" to all over the world through the tweet meant something more than just a picture. There are many other pictures of their six month's friendship. Well, Sauli certainly is his soulmate at this phase of his life and has perhaps some influence on his music, who knows.

Adam look so vulnerable. I believe Sauli is strong enough to give Adam that balanced relationship which he has hoped. Love both dearly dearly and wish them all the happiness in the world. Probably true, but soulmate does not always equal lover. Soulmate can also be a very dear friend. Maybe in the end, Sauli will be just one of many, but I have absolutely no doubt that at the moment Adam and Sauli are in love. And although Sauli is musically somewhat challenged, these two really have a lot in common. I think they share a very unique understanding of one another.

Life is hard, and as a fan of both Sauli and Adam I just wish they find comfort in each other. And I believe they have. :)

I didn't mean anything bad with the somewhat musically challenged comment. I actually love to listen to Sauli singing. I think he has a good sense of rhythm and I like his voice. And I love his sense of fun. I did use the word somewhat :). And musically challenged was really meant in comparison with Adam. It just came out wrong.

Not everyone gushed over Drake I didn't, and I find Sauli far, far better looking than Drake. And it seems from what we see in videos a far better personality.

To those who compare Adams ex-boyfriends and Sauli: Adam has opened his private life a bit. Sauli is his choice at the moment. It's useless to start wondering what will happen. Time shows! Must be a very young person with not very deep values if one thinks that looks means everything in relationship and love. Adam has known Sauli for 6 months and knows him better than any of us. So, wish them all the happiness life can give. Now is now. Tomorrow is tomorrow.

Adam dated Brad Bell (known as "Cheeks" before he went on Idol. He dated Drake when he was on Idol. Pic's of them holding hands and paps had them kiss when they got in car. But Drake didn't like being splashed all over the news. He was more private person (per Adam). Adam knew he would be busy, so it was mutual that they part. They have remained friends, as he has with Cheeks. Now he has Sauli, and so far it looks like a good fit.
He said he was in love only once, before Sauli.

I don't think he ( at least to million + ppl ) confessed his love to Drake, did he ? Brad maybe, but not Drake.
IMO Sauli is far more handsome than those 2 of his ex's..

You're basing judgement of Sauli's musical talent on few clips where he's drunk of his ass and which were taken 4 years ago ? really ?

I'm not " musically challenged " in a least bit and I can't sing when I'm drunk.
I never torture ppl around me by singing when I've had a few.. perhaps Sauli never realised back then either that those clips would follow him for the rest of his life..

Adam is an artist, and I'm sure Sauli doesn't mind at all if part of his work is for example the kind of stage antics seen in the past with Tommy etc.
He knows that doesn't threat his position in Adam's life. ( + he really likes Tommy )

Im guessing it's easy for Sauli to share Adam with the world, knowing that he's still the only one having access to his bed..;-)

Adam must have been longing for an exotic experience. I'm a finn and although we have similarities, we are also very different from the americans. Also, Finland is not an elite country as some other European countries.

Look at all these people trying to plant negativity - no, a soulmate is a lover, and there is only one just as there is only one of you (you are completely attuned, no matter what happens).
