Adam Lambert Jay Leno Appearance cancelled?

"So, now my source says, Adam is tentatively still scheduled, “things are still moving around, so it could change, but he’s still on Tuesday”…
I’m hearing that Adam Lambert’s March 2nd The Tonight Show With Jay Leno appearance has been canceled. In a bit of irony, Sarah Palin will be taking his place.
Apparently, Adam will be on his way to Australia at that time. I don’t have word on a rescheduled appearance, but I’ll let you know if I hear something."

I thought Mar. 2 was when Adam was supposed to be leaving, but maybe the show would be taped ahead of time.
My neighbor is an Aussie who always takes an 11 pm plane out of LAX to fly home. It's a 16 hour flight, so overnight is best. You sleep through half of the flight. Jay tapes his show at 6:00, so there's plenty of time for our boy to catch his flight. Not to worry, we'll see him again. Can't wait.
