Exclusive: Adam Lambert Wears McQueen, Mourns Designers Death
We sat down with Adam Lambert today (more on that swoon-tastic moment next week), and the first thing we spoke about was yesterdays death of innovative fashion designer Alexander Lee McQueen. The singer showed up to our interview in a McQueen shirt in honor of the late luminary, and expressed his sadness over the designers alleged suicide numerous times during out chat. Its a great loss for all of us, but for someone like Adam who gets fashion (and by get we mean he wore the fiercest patent leather YSL boots today, while we stomped around in Steve Maddens) its felt a bit deeper. In the clip above, he shares with us his grief over losing a sartorial visionary.

Always articulate, isn't he?? It is apparent that he really does love art in its many forms.
So sad to hear of Mr.McQueen's passing. I know he was a favorite designer of Adam's. He had mentioned that in an interview a while back. Mr. McQueen is with his beloved mom now. RIP
Nice to know ADAM was wearing McQueen that day in memory of the designer's passing. Have heard McQueen was also a favorite of Lady Gaga.
