"For Your Entertainment" Album Sales Update

Adam's debut album "For Your Entertainment" sold 14,000 copies last week. It was up 4 percent from the previous week! The total sales for the album is currently 519,000 copies!

Is that counting the sales in other countries? For Your Entertainment was very hard to find in my city. Was there a distribution problem?
^ Those sales are only for the US. If worldwide, I believe the album should be around 50,000 more.
