what a costume! i am a fairly conservative and religious person but i have accepted adam's sexuality. i can't help myself loving his music and him as a person and for the first time in my life i have queued up at his cd signing at hum for 2 1/2 hours my two daughters and friends kept me company and tolerated my crazy obsession on adam (they don't remind me that i am a 58 years old mother and a wife).

Adam is an entertainer - he caters to the occasion and the crowd... perfectly.

He needs to stop with the over the top gay, trannie, circus acts! I can not believe RCA/19 is paying for this crap! Why the fluck did they let him perform at this queerfest? WTF is wrong with his f'ed up management??? This shit pisses me off royally. Super talented, but his choices are awful!! Hate this crap!!

The best performers have always been on the edge and that certainly didn't stop them. It set them apart and made them memorable. He hasn't thrown anything away. We will all still be talking about him for many years to come while many others will long be forgotten.

i frankly don't care and maybe even prefer if the masses don't embrace adam if it means he has to be something he is not and has to conform. His actions are helping the world progress and evolve. and making my life supermassively betterer.

Actually, to the 8:29 anonymous commenter, I am a Danny gokey fan, as well as an Adam fan. A person can love all kinds of music, and saying that a fan of Danny can't be a fan of Adams is actually very insulting. I love all kinds of music from rock to trance to euro-bubblegum pop to pop-rock to country to even some rap. It is like saying a christian can't like Adam, which is a negative stereotype as well. I agree with the opinions above. Adam is ruining his career. He should want to appeal to everyone. Being gay does not mean being trashy. I am sure you can find many people who are gay that don't approve of this trash. Wrong choices Adam. You're career will be short if you keep this up.

Adam most importantly has to be true to himself, only then, can he share his artistic vision and brilliance.

Everyone wants him to be what they think he should. How he dresses, his makeup, his song choices, his sexual preferences - his choice in these areas make him the mesmerizing performer that his is.

I would not change one single thing about Adam. I want to see him grow as an artist and not lose himself.

From reading here's my huge problem: what is he doing so wrong?!?!? He was wearing a very tight outfit that could be considered trashy/inappropriate. Who f***ing cares?! I love and adore Adam. He is a brilliant performer and entertainer and he stays true to himself and to what makes him happy. He is the one who has opened my mind as I simply fell in love with his voice, his mesmerizing performances and charismatic personality. He performs to the occasion and to the lyrics of the song and he is not afraid to take risks which makes him a true artist. Sure, he is shocking sometimes, but he never stops to entertain and surprise us while every visual performance is backed up with stellar vocals. Pure genius. The world is ready.
