I was a big fan of Michael Jackson's! Sad to say, now that he is gone, Adam gets all of my attention... a HUGE fan the minute he opened his mouth on American Idol. I was glued to the television week after week! And now this... don't worry Adam... not a stalker! Just an admirer!:)

I was also a huge MJ fan. I'm sad that he's gone but we have to move on. And i'm glad we have Adam now to entertain us.

MJ did it all and created much of the music style that we know today. True genius. Genius comes with a tragic price. Adam is pushing, and hopefully he is not too impacted by conservative America. He needs to follow what his imagination offers and not be inhibited. He's never going to please/impress the hardcore right wing so should ignore them. Even some people on this site try to reign him in with snarky comments about going too far and alienating fans. Genius doesn't follow the norm.

Absolutely right, Adam needs to follow his vision. And its true that he doesn't really need to please everyone....Impossible anyway....Seems to be impressing plenty of us around the world and gaining new fans every day. His talent and personality will win out....

I hope Adam doesn't take long breaks like other established artists though. I would rather Adam be like Gaga - release an album every 2 years than be Christina - release an album every 6 years.

I hope Adam's an active singer. Most of my favorite singers take years to release a new album.

But I heard Adam will release a second album in 2012. That's a long time IMO. I think he should release a second album in 2011.

What you say is true about so many things.

If you go to a sporting event in the US you will find that the umpires/referees are right only 50 percent of the time depending on which team you are rooting for.

You eat sushi or you don't. You watch scary movies or you don't. You love when it snows or you don't. It comes down to preference, choice, taste or opinion. And you know what they say about opinions...they're like noses, everyone has one. :)

Orianthi, in a different video clip decribing her time spent with Michael during rehearsals for the This is it tour spoke about Michael's vision. He wanted his audience to have a total theatrical experience, visually, costumes, themes as well as vocally and his phenomenal dance expertise. Adam has the same philosophy and it will serve him well. I love the visual stimulation and creative thought put into this concert. The dancers, incredible musicians, Allison and Orianthi all bring us a first class experience. His sex appeal goes without saying and I could go on and on about that and his effect on all that are fortunate to see him. Here I go again, getting carried away talking about our beloved Adam! Only 5 more days until he hits Charlotte! The wait is excruciating!!!Hi everybody! funbunn40

Didn't Adam say that MJ wanted to meet him after seeing him perform on AI?

So sad it didn't happen.

LOL Maggie. That's not exactly the way I heard the saying.

To Dina,

During Idol, someone in MJ's camp told Adam that Michael wanted to meet him very much. (Adam has friends who were in This Is It.)

What a wonderful memory for Adam to have of one of his big idols/role models.

In tears watching this clip....
