Why are so many people saying this is not Adam? Can you explain? because I think this is one of the songs he recorded a long time ago that are being used right now. They sound different from his music now.

Nope....I don't think this is Adam. The powerfully controlled voice doesn't seem to be there......suppose it could be earlier, but something tells me that Adam would have had them use him singing now...no matter what the song is....I think he would record it new to represent him now.

The experts on DDD Music Forum say it is Adam, and they have the "ears" to distinguish voices.

I'm gonna add to the no's - it's a theatrical tenor, but there's some Adam harmonics missing from this voice.

Nope!! If he recorded something for commercial use, he would let us know and 24/7 would be on top of it. Besides, the voice is too warbly to be Adam.

I think it is Adam. Pre-Idol he often worked as a session singer to help pay the rent. He would not have any rights regarding the use of something he recorded under those circumstances. If it is indeed Adam, he probably doesn't even know anything about this commercial. Adam has the vocal chops to sing in any style he chooses and this definitely sounds like "musical theatre" Adam to me. Too bad somebody didn't ask him about it during his recent Twitter party.

I am 100% sure that this is definitely Adam. And because Adam has not responded to all the tweets about this; is just proof that it is him.

And I believe this is an old commercial being reused. I remember seeing this commercial years ago - we just did not know Adam then.

It has now been posted in the You Tube comments under the video that the singer is actually a classically trained singer named Chris Mann. He does have a great voice but in other stuff I listened to he doesn't sound at all like Adam. Just a strange coincidence re that particular piece I guess.

Well, looks like this Chris Mann has confirmed on his Twitter that it is he on the commercial so I guess he fooled the DDD experts too. I had a feeling something was missing in the voice ... there is only ONE INCOMPARABLE VOICE in this UNIVERSE & it belongs to ADAM!!

I don't think Adam would "sell-out" so early in his career. It's definitely not him.

I've totally changed my mind from yesterday. It is NOT adam!Just goes to show you how fast we pick up anything that has to do with Adam. Maybe some new commericials should sit up and take note that they should use Adam for real.

It sounds like Adam and I was wondering the same thing if it was him. It definately sounds like a song I heard of his pre idol. I don't know for sure though!
