What the hell kind of article is this? Obviously just someone trying to provoke responses like this! He actually brought back the "emo" style - many people try to look like him. and the "rock star" comment - you obviously haven't heard his voice or know anything about him. UNBELIEVABLE.......

All the young stars she mentioned in this are just young, and hip, and setting trends of their own. Get a life woman.....get in touch with the young side of life. Adam looks terrific no matter what his hair style. Look at all the comments elicited when he shaved the left side of his head. It grew back and he chose to wear it another way. Who would think that someone's hair would be so much to talk and write about(oh, yes, remember the musical HAIR). But it is just part of the entire individual known as Adam Lambert looking so sexy and handsome in any style.

Dihah-mite, I was just going to say something along those exact same lines...anybody who'e a bit "left of center" gets ridiculed by someone in the media, who just doesn't get it. But I'd rather a star be intreguing and keep us guessing, than status-quo and predictable.

I can only imagine how much ridicule Lady Gaga must receive (I don't follow her closely, so just speculating) but everybody's waiting with baited breath to see what she'll do next! I know I am...I love her style, and the fact that she pushes the boundries!

Seriously - if clothing were only for protecting our bodies from the elements, we'd all be wearing brown burlap. One of the primary roles of clothing in today's society, is to express individuality! Well, if you're creative, that is. Like Adam. :) And it's rare to find a male celebrity today, who is so over-the-top, theatrical and has such a strong sense of style. I'm sure he's heard comments like this many, many times...as he was a bit "different" growing up.

One of the things I admire about Adam is that he is comfortable being who he wants to be, including being different than anyone else, and having his own style, and as others have said, changing it up all the time.....this little piece of fluff is just that..someone trying to be clever and not really succeeding except maybe in her own mind..and riding on the coattails of other columnists who think that making rather silly remarks about Adam is somehow unique just to them...It IS true that he likes to dress up and he likes Halloween so I suppose there is some truth to it...I doubt that very many will see it so doesn't really matter...And who said Emo is dead??? Having just been in Hawaii, I saw about a million variations of that style there...Looked good to me...I prefer it to the shaved head look any time...When you have great hair like Adam does, more is more, IMHO...

OOOPS!! just read my above post again and when I said I prefer the full head of hair look to the shaved head look, I wasn't referring to the strips of hair that Adam has shaved on the side of his head on occasion , but to a totally shaved head...just really hoping he never does that...but i suppose if he did we'd still love him anyway!! This person's comments are what's dated!lol About as newsworthy as a gnat, I have to laugh, as since Adam sported this style on Idol, I've seen many other band musicians emulating the hair, leather and more are wearing eyeliner! Love his luxurious locks and hope he won't get the urge to shave it again. Like GL, the strips on the side were fine. Think he got the urge to shave something, as the razor found it's way to his pits! pits. Kinda liked the masculine look, but rather naked pits instead of a naked head!
