When you reach a certain status as an artist, you gotta take the good vibes along with the trash talk--comes with the territory. He's in the magazine because it will sell the magazine. This is not rocket science. He also sells magazines in the US. So heads up publishers, Adam's back in the States...get him in some magazines and watch them fly off the shelf.

It's funny how some people disrespect competition show contestants. Why? These contestants generally didn't just come out of nowhere. Most of them have been hard-working musicians and singers for a while. It's certainly true in Adam's case. He worked hard for ten years before AI. Not everyone has to put in time in a garage band in order to be credible. Artists pay their dues in many ways, some in the small clubs, some in theater and other musical venues. Needless to say, they all have worked hard to even get to the competition show level. Ultimately, it's not how you GET known that's so important; it's how you can sustain your success that really shows who is a star. So, you naysayers, get a grip and look at reality. It's about talent, not about whether or not you've "paid you dues" according to your rules.

This J. Tranter makes it sound like ADAM hasn't paid his 'dues'. Quite to the contrary ... ADAM has already been a member of a rock band .. Citizen Vein .. travelled the 'high seas' while singing on a cruise ship ... also a touring company for HAIR ... appeared in many plays .. played in the underground clubs of Hollywood .. I won't go on .. it's like preaching to the choir ... you all know what I mean. It was a STROKE of GENIUS when ADAM decided to go on AI ... it was just the platform he needed to introduce himself to the masses!! What BETTER exposure than a weekly TV show??

They got it sooooo wrong‼ It shouldn't or doesn't matter how you got your start, it is how & what type of music and how you show yourself as an artist is what makes you who you are‼ :) You can be a country singer, jazz artist or on ADAM'S case a *Rock Star* is how he showcases himself & what type of an artist he wants to be‼ Omg, some people just don't get it sometimes... *sigh*

Fames come with Jealous. Good news, I have been hearing Sleepwalker a few times this week in Toronto. The latest just 10mins ago when driving home.

Apparently this created more "soul". WHF?

I saw that footage of Gaga's supposedly spontaneous stage dive with Tranter and Semiprecious and it was the most contrived, phony looking audience dive ever... not dissing Gaga, particularly, it just was like, fake punk. Like, "hey, let's play at being rock stars and jump into the audience." There was no real passion or out-of-control feeling about it, it was very staged for the cameras. That said, Gaga is the one who gave Adam "Fever" to sing, so there you have it.

With great success and great talent come a lot of people who will try to knock you down out of jealousy. This guy Tranter is nowhere. Adam's response is graceful, as always.

Such pettiness and envy. Adam certainly is not an overnight success. As stated above he has paid his dues and doesn't have to take a back seat to anyone. Sounds like sour grapes and sniping because Adam wasn't interested in Tranter's songs. Also trying to hitch on to Adam' star. Life goes on.. funbunn40

I know that Adam has paid his dues. Let's all remember that when someone wants to jump bieber for being on the internet...and I don't like beiber...but fair is fair.
