5. Adam Lambert's Glamberts
Glamberts are a lot like Claymates – only with a lot of glitter and without delusions that their idol is heterosexual. And unlike Aiken, Adam Lambert has many young fans. Some of them had never seen anything as fabulous and glitzy as Lambert until the eighth season of American Idol and instantly fell in love.

Indeed, Adam has millions of young fans. Wish that they would have used one of the pics from the GNT in Manila, Australia, New Zealand or Asia with tons of young fans greeting Adam and attending his shows.
When was this article published ... which issue of RS ... I get it in the mail and there's never even a mention of ADAM much less a pic. I've been thumbing through them & then dumping them in the trash bag ... so please tell me WHEN this one was published & HOW it got by me? Even my hubby has been checking through them ... can't wait for my subscription to expire!!

tess4ADAM - I think this is web exclusive only. I subscribe to this magazine as well but I haven't read any Adam-related stuff in months.
alisan porter tweeted adam ''i love you so much'' and adam reply to her ''i adore u'' heehee i love this godmother and godfather.(AGirlLikeMe)
it's nice to read this no matter where it came from, web exclusive or magazine.Keeping our guy in the news and throwing in his beautiful fans. lol
I would consider subscribing to RS if they showcased Adam more often. But after the ridiculous picture and story about Justin Bieber, I don't know what to think any longer. The "James Dean" wannbe cover picture, and those stupid questions to a 16 year old, not from our Country was too much. Women in this Country didn't fight so hard for their rights to have them denigrated by RS.
I subscribed to Rolling Stone only after Adam was on the cover - just so I could keep up with all things Adam. I'm really, really disappointed that they haven't even mentioned him in such a long time. Come on, Rolling Stone, get with it. You have a chance to promote the next super Rock Star in America.
Well, I guess craziness is good after all. :-))

Lovely photos of Adam. :D
Thanks 24/7. :)
I saw Adam's young fans at GNT...lot's of them so, RS using a pic of his older women fans perpetuates the belief that he Only has older fans.
With the exception of the Wild Idol article, RS is no friend to Adam. Dont know what happened for them to change their tune, but they did!
Ah...there was one snarky little comment by Rob S., a couple issues back - Television section. He was talking about Glee and made some weird comment about Adam - very non committal - could have been taken as positive or negative - impossible to tell. He either really likes Adam and is hesitant to praise him or he has made a 180 degree reversal from Spring, '09. RS did not mention the Grammy nomination, never acknowledged that Adam was having a tour .... even when they had a whole article about the "bright spots" in an otherwise lackluster tour season, they could not mention Glamation. The review for his next album is probably already written, lukewarm if they even mention it at all. In my more rational moments, I wonder if it is really the American Idol platform that they no longer legitimize and not someone as obviously talented and dedicated to the industry as Adam. When they start to recognize him again, it will be interesting to see what it took to regain notice. Fortunately, my subscription will have run out by then.
My subscription ran out a few months ago and I did not renew.
