OFF TOPIC: I'm in New York and Gay Marriage is being voted tonight.

We're all very excited to hear the result - of course, hopefully it will pass. It will be HUGE around the world.

I'm from New York too and waiting on the vote..it seems they are bending to the church
(you know which one) I thought religion was suppose to stay out of government...all these politicans care about is being re-elected and keeping their jobs...guess what...I'm not a big voter but depending on the outcome I will vote against whoever will not support the marriage equality...

Behind the Music...how politically correct
black, white, women and Spanish in this series.....sorry...just a observation....

Read what is printed on cover, "With names this big, the hits are only half the story". With names this big, I love that Adam is amoung the big names. What a great cover for Adam.

I am from Upstate NY and hear they haven't voted on the marriage issue yet. It is not the people, they are for it. All citizens should have equal rights in this country. I do believe things are getting better, cause I was away from here for years and now they print stories that never would have been in print in the past. Some religions have even come around to agree on marriage.

er, where are all the haters who say Adam is less than, that he hasnt sold 15 million albums, is their person in that ad...

@7:13 Adam did really well for a first album and let's not forget about the worldwide tour. Wait till the second album, no one will ever doubt his immense talent. There will always be haters, but like Adam we will ignore them. Adam will rise to international super stardom with or without them.

7:13pm it will take them 20 years to sell another 15 million. The music business just isn't the same.

What a great looking ad for Behind the Music. Adam looks so cool in this picture. What an honor for him to be selected for this very special series. I can't wait to see him on TV ....I just love to listen to him speak...he is so articulate and intelligent. He deserves this recognition and I am so proud of him.

Congrats Glamily...just heard the Gay Marriage Vote passed! Wonderful news for our country!

The Gay Marriage Bill has passed in NY & Gov. Cuomo has signed it into legislation as well with a vote of 33 to 29 ... 3 or 4 Republican swing votes ... Finally!! Equal Rights for everyone to be able to get married in NY ...

What an honor for the new kid in the block to be included in this group. Adam must be elated because I am LOL, like a stage mother again teehee. Congrats Adam and things just get better and betterer for you each day!

@Anon at 7:29PM - Amen to your post. IMHO FYE is a must have cd because it has more than 8 materials there worthy to be released as singles. But i'm no longer complaining with what was given to us because his management must know what is best for this global star :)

If you go to the "Out & Proud" article in the link above, don't bother reading the comments. All of the haters are coming out. Let's stay positive and spread the LOVE on this website!!

Ok, just a lil fantasy of my own but I'll share. Adam did say he liked Missy Elliot , & so I thought well since a male rapper such as Snoop Dog can rap/ collaborate with Katy Perry , why can't a female rapper, Missy Elliot , collaborate with Adam? It's my lil dream, & maybe Adam hasn't thought about it, so why not? I think it would be an awesome opportunity for both of them. Ok, I shared. Thanks for listening. Mwah!! K

Was going to mention that it's Gay Pride in SF this weekend, but already posted. This is pretty spectacular each year, so check it out if you can. Cannot wait until Aug 10th am in serious withdrawals about now.

Can't wait to see the show about Adam on Aug. 10th. I wonder if we will learn anything new. It seems that we know practically everything there is to know about this talented performer. His life is an open book and we have learned so much from him personally rather from gossip or hearsay. He is articulate, smart, self-confident, and humble in all of the interviews I have seen. And he is very witty too. We are all anxiously waiting for his second cd this fall and know it is going to make him a superstar in the recording business.
