SOOOOOOOO great!! That video was So Adam - his friends, his fav kind of music, costumes, make up, glitter, love....Congrats beautiful man!! Isn't it great about Sasha - she is everybit the portrait of energy and power and what a sweet young person. Her little sis was also in the competition - only 18 yrs. old and while Sasha competed like a tiger, she watched out for her and worried about her. Remember last year when she rallied the troops for her little cousin? Adam surrounds himself with terrific, loving, talented friends and Sasha is one of which to be proud. (That may explain why she did not go to Russia - she was BBBBBBBBBBBBBUSY!! )

I've always secretly suspected that our viking and pirate writer worked for the government....when I heard they'd "taken out" Osama bin Laden.....I thought "I wonder if KW was there?" Fantasy or possibility?......

The story opens with Adam, aka Bert Hardrock, walking into his office suite on the 34th floor, overlooking the busy city below. Dressed in a perfectly taylored black suit, he looks to the right and out the window, deep in thought. As he moves to his office he slowly removes his suit coat, revealing a shirt that reflected the night before. It had been a long night. He was tired. He remembers the heavy pulsating beat of the music, the beading sweat. He takes a long deep breath and releases it slowly. Living this life above the city is blocking every inch of his being. He picks up the phone...

He picks up the phone to make that necessary call, but quickly places the receiver back in its' cradle. It’s too soon. The door opens slowly behind him. Bert stares out the window wanting to be free, wanting more, wanting to escape. All the emotions are circling, making him feel light headed, desperate for things to be different. Upon seeing the reflection of someone in the doorway, he quickly turns. The warmth of the night before returns, smothering him in the memories. A bead of sweat instantly appears on his brow. He raises his hand to brush it away. Bert takes a small step forward and hesitates, unsure. It had been dark.

In fact, Bert had spotted Rod eyeing him at several other places, like the grocery store and subway before they met again at the upscale spa. Bert realised they could not all be coincidences. He put on a bold front though he was feeling slightly unnerved and with his usual charm and hospitality, he greeted Rod at the doorway with a beautiful smile.

He greeted Rod at the doorway, and was mesmorised by his blue eyes. He smiled and Rod smiled back, they left hand in hand into the dark of the night, not to be seen again, until someone got a picture of the lovers in Bora Bore.
There was a big write up in the newspapers, that a big shark was found floundering in the blue waters, and strangely someone has tattooed

The fisheries department at Bora Bore are still trying to figure out what caused the shark to flounder and what the tattoo initial J.D. stood for. When this came to the attention of Bert and Rod who had been jet-skiing at Bora Bore, they called the fisheries department to inform them that they had seen some scientists at Bora Bore conducting research on a shark. They saw the scientists embed an antenna on its back and also tattooed it with the initials J.D. When asked what the initials stood for, Bert replied...Jaw Dropping. Oh, so that's why the shark was floundering and the scientists were keeping taps of that.

Later that evening as Bert and Rod sat shirtless on the wooden planks of the dock, their bodies dripping from the blue waters of the ocean, Bert turned to Rod.

Do you see what I see?

Bert pointed out to the horizon where the sun was barely visible. And there, just barely visible, was the silhouette of something moving slowly to the east. As they both stood to take a closer look, their damp skin brushed against each other. They looked at each other. Hearts pounding. This had been the moment they had waited for. They turned. They embraced. Their breath increased. Eyes met. But then, just in that moment, a shape in the distance became more visible. Bert turned to look and noticed it was large ship with sails.

The embrace ended as Bert pulled slowly away from Rod's toned muscular body and said, "Look. There is a flag...with a scull and cross bones!"

How else can we keep entertained? Is anyone up for organising a Adam Lambert gathering /convention on an annual basis with me?? I remember the days when I went to a david bowie convention once a year!!! Good fun. Is this too cheesy now now that social media has kicked in.

Bert Hardrock had read of pirate ships in the Bora Bora region. He had seen the movie, Pirate in my Pants, and knew of the infamous scoundrel Johnny Darling who controlled the waters of this area. (Enter Johnny Depp)

There was a knock on the door of the hut. Rod put down his cigarrette, that he was about to light, and headed across the wooden plank floor.

Bert noticed the moonlight reflecting on Rob's back...and he knew that they would never turn back. Life woud never be the same.

Rod opens the door...

FYE my favorite video. It did not get the play it deserved. Billboard also thought so. I believe this song is Adam's Anthem. Wish we could resurrect it and bring it back to the top 20 on VH1. btw, Adam's height seems to be a draw back when it comes to these top movie stars, who I believe are all around 5'7" tall. Adam's star power takes up the screen as it is.

And so the story comes to an end...

Bert Hardrock follows Rod to the door. He gently moves Rod to the side, slowly closes the door to the unknown person on the other side. He turns Rod around, facing him, leans in close until he can feel Rod's breath on his face...

Curtain closes.

Story ends.

i think my neice may be responsible for have those we use to bribe her with Adam Videos to get her to get up and get ready for school. our ezact words were "If you want to Watch Adam on TV you have to be ready for school by 7:00am" she is only five and she calls the computer a tv.

Junk poetry is my game...it took about 10 minutes to write. I've been writing poetry for
over 60 years.....on demand for friends.....on any subject for fellow teachers.....all greeting cards, children's rhyming picture books, etc.
I have a huge filing cabinet of my stuff.

I'm not "good", mediocre at best, but I'm prolific and usually fast. Gimme a subject, I'll give you a poem.....it's as easy and natural as breathing.

@ Jak, I saw something very similiar on another Adam fan site. Have you posted this previously elsewhere? I thought it was very clever at the time using all of Adam's songs. Adam has brought together a lot of talented fans. Some of the art work is amazing!@ Glitzylady, I've also seen the fan fiction site! Smoldering!
