All you twitterers, Adam's Dad had a twitter party on the 29th and 30th. Head over to:

This has been one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE PICTURES OF ADAM! So fierce, so wild, so sexy! Who could resist? It would have made a great album cover.

There are just so many terrific pictures of Adam Lambert that any one of them would have made a great album cover. So why not take the best of the best and put them together in a coffee table book. It would be something special to have this for the holidays and gift giving. But I think it would be so difficult as to which ones to select for the book. If they need someone to sit on a panel and make the final selections, I would be more than happy to volunteer.

Oh, Sweet Lord!!! If this is what is waiting for me in the clouds, then take me now!!! Thud!!

I know this was taken by a fan and not a professional photographer. Absolute perfection.
If my husband would not have a knipchen I would frame it and hang it in my house as a piece of Art (and paying the artist for it of course!)

"When we seek to discover the best in others, we somehow bring out the best in ourselves." (William Arthur Ward) - Found this beautiful quote in Adamquotedaily’s blog.

No need to seek the best in Adam - it’s there to see and observe in every picture, in every vid and interview, it’s there to hear in every note he sings and every word he speaks…

Adam surely lives by this ”rule” - seeks to discover the best in others - and that’s one of the many reasons I love him!

Remember last summer when we were in awww with this foto - and pretty much with every photo with the laced up pants…LOL

GGD Gal, sending fierce greetings to all lovely, loyal, longterm regulars :)

Give me brake, ladies! Adam looks like evil on this photo and all of us want to go the hell with him:):):)
Sorry, I forgot that some of us very religious people! So, what ?! I was baptised when I was 4 years old.
Try to find and to read the book "Master and Margarita". It was written by one of the best Russian writers Bulgakov.
Please, read this book. After all, you will agree that Adam can do the best Voland in Hollywood:)

Adam stomped his way thru the stratosphere
Then he landed safely in our biosphere
Radiating love in the troposphere

Fierce and fiesty Adam reminds me of a flying swordsman in Chinese movies...remember Crouching Tiger...If only he was holding a sword, you can picture him swooping down on his sparring opponent. He should star in one of those fighting swordsmen Chinese movies; he'll make such a handsome hero...all the Chinese girls will swoon over him. :)

@Lam my - What an excellent idea! I would LOVE to see that movie! THUD!

Love Adam and his endless T-shirt collection!

Here's a picture to go along with the "flying swordsman" image of Adam in a Chinese "Crouching Tiger.." movie..I think he looks quite ready for the part right here...Fierce and gorgeous...

Love this song when Adam swags his coat, it is so sexy.

Anonymous said...

GGD Gal, thanks for that video. Did anyone notice that Adam is not wearing any nail polish? I missed that the first time I saw it.

I love that interview and the interviewer did a great job.

Anonymous said...

Glitzylady, thanks! Yea, wonderful pictures of Adam to go along with the flying swordsman, Crouching Tiger look. But the other picture, with long wavy hair; that's Adam ?? I have seen almost all Adam pictures except this long-haired one. Also, you look pretty! So is that your own blog?

@GGD Gal: I too thank you for posting the link to that video. While I was there I watched the CNN Asia interview again. Gawd what a beautiful man.

Adam is an interviewer's dream. A person who actually speaks in coherent sentences. Love him, love him, love him.

@ Lizard eyes and Jadam: You guys crack me up with your phonetic spelling of conniption. My hubby would absolutely have one of those too if I hung pictures of Adam all around.

@Everyone who wants in on the making of the coffee table book: Please don't make it too big, I might want to pick it up and hug it a time or two and if it weighs over 300 pounds I won't be able to do that. Thanks :)

@Lam my
Thanks.. : ) It's from my twitter acct..

The other picture of Adam was most likely from Halloween at some point : ) ..Not sure when..I found both of the pics on Photobucket. I love it when a picture surfaces that I haven't seen before! Twitgoo is the way I know to transfer pics from there to twitter..I usually use Twitpic, but have to use Twitgoo occasionally. I know, that sounds like so much gibberish!

One more picture that I "found" recently and love: Adam and Alisan Porter, I'm guessing around the time he sang "The Prayer" from the look of his hair, but I could definitely be completely wrong...

The Picture:

http://twitgoo.com/4ha07a?cx=u

"The Prayer": From 2005. Adam and Noa Dori were singing at a special memorial service in LA for Yitzhak Rabin, the Prime Minister of Israel who was assassinated in 1995. As usual, Adam is in fine voice. One of my favorite pre-idol performances.

@glitzylady
I love Adam and Noa Dori singing The Prayer, have watched it many times; thanks for bringing it back again. We can see Adam consciously trying to incorporate his voice with Noa Dori's; very difficult song to duet. He looks soooo handsome, must have been in his very early twenties and he was already so well-honed in his singing. On hindsight, the S8 contestants were clueless they were competing against a maestro. :)
Picture link doesn't work. It's okay.

@ Lam my

We should collaborate!!!lol

Since you like quotes and odd facts, I send you this continuing with "sphere".
"Double Hemisphere Action" is the term used for the ability to write, simultaneously, something completely different with both your left and right hands!.....It's possible but really messy!
JAK :)

Anonymous said...

This is the definitive definition of FIERCE!!!!

Anonymous said...

I don't think that Adam is ready to make a movie now as someone previously stated. He has to focus on one thing: his second album, the release of the first single and probably a video to go along with it. He has done some minor judging or mentoring in between writing for the album and once it is released. Adam will be busy with tv appearances and interviews to plug that song. He can't spread himself too thin at this point in his career. A cameo on a tv show or a small part in a movie might be all that he shoud do if he is offered one. It 's all about the music now.

Anonymous said...

Wish I can sleep with Adam and go to Hell after all!

@JAK
I was attracted to your poem because of the spheres mentioned and then suddenly I had this urge to add in another sphere. Lol! This is called being inspired. I even fact-checked in case I got Adam into the wrong sphere! :)
This Double Hemisphere Action sounds amazing! But I know playing the piano requires a similar ability, where the left and right brain abilities cross over for the left/right hands to play piano. I've heard people who play piano are also good at Maths due to this simultaneous cross-over training of the brain. I wonder if it works for this Double Hemisphere Action! Yes, a rather interesting odd fact, thanks! :)

I used your second pic link and it showed @ivanago who looks a bit like you, pretty; and then a cat which reminds me of My T Icon. It's okay. Thanks.

@Lam my
well your theory explains why I can't play the piano.....I am crap at maths.
Just out of curiosity, why do Americans say Math, without the s?

Anonymous said...

I am left handler, play piano very well and studied Science, pretty good at Maths. But I am direction phobia, confuse right and left all my life. Go figure!

Anonymous said...

@HK fan
Both are accepted abbreviated forms for Mathematics which comprise arithmetic, algebra and geometry the way that I learnt it; may be more components for Add Maths, not sure. My son did Add Maths and Computer Science, can't ask him short of calling him overseas...working in Bangkok.
By the way, how was your maiden voyage meeting with your mother-in-law in Viena? Envy you...travelling worldwide. I used to travel on vacation, yearly basis, not able to anymore, health problem, excessive phlegm build-up. I covered many countries, 1-3 weeks each trip. :)

Anonymous said...

Dear3:09, yay, I found a direction-confused ally! When I think a certain place is to my right and make my way accordingly, many times it turns out to be on my left. I often have to back-track, sometimes even go in circles just to locate the right place. This may be a totally different part of the brain, not quite the same as the piano/Maths orientation one. LOL! :)

Another direction-confused here..

didn't meet my mother in law there, she lives in the UK, but comes from Vienna, But did meet some of her relatives. Had a great time. Vienna is a beautiful city. Loved Venice and Verona too.

@Finnish...Welcome aboard! So this problem is quite prevalent; so happy to have so many allies! LOL! :)

@ Lam my

Obviously THAT is the reason I can only play the piano with one hand and still (after 50 years) start sweating when Algebra is mentioned!

However.....I can write backward as fast as frontward (mirror writing) it caught on in highschool art class when we studied Leonardo da
Vinci. It's funny how the nutty things you learned as a kid stick with you!....JAK

@ Lizard Eyes and Jadam and Shiggles

In the South we don't have knipchens or conniptions.......we have plain old hissy-fits!
They are a sight to behold!
Children usually time theirs so that a maximum number of people are around to draw a good crowd and further embarrass their Moms!........JAK

Anonymous said...

@JAK
Your ability to write backward as fast as frontward is fascinating! In the old days, ( maybe even now), wrong teaching methodology for Maths is I believe, a major reason for your fear of Algebra. Nowadays Maths teachers use very thought-provoking game-like methods/representations for the teaching of Algebra; even 12-year-olds find it enjoyable. It does not induce fear as it is in fact a very interesting, convoluted subject. I think you should be good at Maths, average at least if you had been taught using the correct methodology.

@ Lam my

My grandson just started his new semester and is having to repeat Algebra (scraped by with a D grade but that's not acceptable in college). Like his Grandma and Mom he "doesn't get it"!
But hope is on the horizon, he has a tutor now and she is Asian!!!! Chinese, and the teacher's assistant. We have great hopes that this young woman can find a road into his brain. If he can concentrate, she's really really pretty!....JAK

Anonymous said...

@JAK
You hit the nail on the head, he doesn't get it and sometimes it just needs a good well-trained Maths teacher to spark it off...bonus, pretty. But at this late stage it may be a little more daunting because his dislike for the subject might have accumulated. But if his interest for the subject is still intact, this tutor could help. This is good encouragement. Your grandson will do well in life; I believe he is tall and handsome...from some of your comments. You are so lucky, JAK!
