I would rather listen to these acoustic versions of Adam's songs than nothing at all. They should get you interested in the new cd and make you wonder what the final studio version will be. Because Adam started later inthe recording business and doesn't have all these tween and teen fans, it may take longer for his singles to climb up the charts or for the album to become successful. He is such a great talent vocally and will eventually be appreciated by a larger audience. Patience is a virtue and I guess we, along with Adam, have to show it for a little while longer. Good things come to those who wait.

Acoustic music don't sell. Adam will be poor.

That's right. Adam is only doing acoustic for these promos. He has to get some of these new songs out there and at this point, I guess acoustic is the only way. It is amazing how songs"leak" on to the internet. Obviously they come from Adam on these promo visits and I don't know how or where the others come from. Nothing can be kept a secret anymore in this age of electronics and technology and twitter. I just want the completed final version of the cd as released to listen to it in its entirety. I am waiting for this Mapril release date. I certainly hope that Adam is not losing fans along the way because they have become discouraged about the change in the release date. Hopefully TRESPASSING will be well worth the wait.

On Adamofficial they have all the song snippets on soundcloud, so Adam wants us to hear them. More people will get excited and pre order the album. It's been increasing sales on Amazon. Think my fave is Cuckoo, My husband likes Trespassing and my daughter likes Naked Love. A family divided lol!

OT Haley did great on Idol tonight with her new song Free, bluesy to fit her voice. She knows how to work her sex appeal.Interesting judges gave only Lauren Alaina a standing ovation so farand she wasn't that great.They do have their favorites. On the other hand how embarrassing to watch Lana Del Ray sing Video Games. No voice, no stage presence,but a huge pop breakout star Seacrest said. Go figure!

I pre-ordered Adam's cd as well as the deluxe version on Amazon and received an email the other day stating they were having trouble shipping my order because they couldn't find it. (lol)

So as a result that are deducting the shipping charge when it is finally shipped. Has anyone else received this email notification?

Adam says he'll be on Idol. Wonder when? Haven't watched at all but will watch when Adam is on. I remember Lauren from last year. Nice voice, but boring as a stick, I'm afraid.

I saw Haley. Love her! I hope Adam takes her on tour when he is finally ready. She would be a great warm up and I know he really likes her.

I pre-ordered, too, but I'm not panicking. I have my credit card info. Nobody knew about all this delay at the time.

Listened to the link posted by 4.56 The Last Ones, didnt sound like Adam to me. Neither did another one there called Dreamer. Maybe it is just a raw recording apparently they are Camillas bands song, so who knows, but those recordings dont sound like him at all to me.
What do others think?

Very very intimate interview ambience setting; and I too laughed when the nice lady said: Now let's talk about that instrument of yours! Sexy, LOL! I think this is about the best of the best of Adam's acoustic BTIKM. And then someone applauded at the last few high notes that were really really awesome! Internal jogging for me. :)

Well I love the acoustic performances so I hope Adam does an acoustic cd this time around. To each his own. It's interesting to see how different our tastes are.

Quite a few glamberts are reporting that their husbands like Trespassing. It's a very "guy" song - full of swagger.

Whiners about acoustic performance are full of BS!!!!

I'm not an expert in music but this is not a concert people, small venues for intimate promotionssssssssssss!!!!

Why would Adam take a full band and dancers on a RADIO promo? We get to see these vids, but most others are listening to it on their local radio station. And who is going to pay for their travel and time? We get the full deal on a tv show or obviously at a major gig and thenthe tour. Who knows if Adam will have dancers on his next tour. He probably will, but only time will tell as to the format of the next tour. It certainly won't be like Glam Nation which was all glitz and glitter. This is the new Adam with a new look and this new album. It will be interesting to see into what direction he moves as far as the look of the next tour. But for me, it is always about the voice, his superb musical talent. Everything else is secondary.

Adam is in Seattle today and did an interview and performance..I missed it : (( but heard snippets.. Hoping the station will post it on their website : )) He tweeted the info about the release day from there..Someone there said he didn't know the date until the RCA press release and was as surprised as everyone else!

thanks for posting this Glitsylady. Yay we finally got a date. I didn't know his FYE has sold nearly 2 million world wide, not to shabby. I wonder if the GNL cd/dvd ever went gold? It was pretty close, I still love watching it. His FYE must be so so close to platinum here in the US. His Glam box sold out but I don't think they made many copies of that, I think they might have sold more. Just thinking out loud.

I heard Adam in Seattle's KISS 106.1 FM radio, and the woman, Jackie, if memory serves me, could not be more excited talking to him. Her voice was so high-pitched, squeally, and I'm sure, if I could see her, she wore a smile a mile long. She almost couldn't contain herself with excitement, and the man, Bender, almost couldn't get a word in, she was so all over him verbally. I couldn't get all her words, but she made reference to his gorgeousness. The woman's voice is normally modulated and calm, so I noticed the big difference. A caller to the station got brainfreeze and could barely get the words out, some did, but she didn't make any point, just rambled about being on the phone with Adam and thanking him, but couldn't get her question for him out. Adam eventually asked her what she did, and despite the station people's attempt to downplay the caller's response of her occupation, Adam was sincerely interested, saying that he loved talking to people and knowing what they did. So chivalrous, our Adam. I was so proud that Adam made the women a-twitter, and the interview was interesting because you could feel now kind and sweet Adam was on the radio. Adam made my day, in fact, Seattle's day. It was an unusually sunny morning, the first in months,as it's normally quite wet and gloomy these days. Adam must have brought us his sun, I swear, the man is pure sunshine. atm
