Tickets only $125 to $250? I guess the $50,000.00 a pop Republicans who were at Mitt's party won't be showing up. Seems strange, it's easy to draw a crowd who want to exclude part of the nation but not to include everyone in equal rights.

I think it's a same that a country as great as ours still doesn't grant equal rights to all its citizens. My daughter's life long best friend is gay , he and his partner have been together for 15 years they want so much to be married. They are an amazing couple. We were talking the other day and I ask if they had considered going somewhere else to get married since the chance of same sex marriage being legalized in the middle of the good old bible belt is about as likely as me supporting Romney. They said they had thought about it , but straight couples had the right to marry anywhere, they don't have to leave their home, friends and family to marry. I thought how hard it must be to deal with that kind of discrimination . I hope so much for change for my friends, for Adam and for everyone in this fight. Glad to hear Adam is lending his talent to this project , I think he has done more than we will ever know to open people 's minds about what beauty and love are all about...rose petal

Adam m.Lambert is such an amaizing man. He is also an amaizing talent, best I have ever seen in my 64 years! I do admire his, talent and his openness, as some I have heard call baggage, I do not think being gay is baggage, it just who Adam is and there are many more like them, some maybe not so courageous, entertainers, I do admire him for who he is, and all he had brought to so many of our lives! I wish him so much success in his future because he so deserves it!

I expect Adam's activism in these these issues will increase over time. I kind of hope so, because it will increase his visibility. He's an articulate and intelligent spokesman as well as a singer. He would be a wonderful representative for a number of social issues. Hope we get some video of his performance at this event!!

Poor Adam just tweeted that he needs info on how to get in touch with the winners of vid contest..he maybe should have told applicants to release to him that info when they sent in their vids..I sure A gets this info..I wonder what the prizes will be??? So much on this thread! Voted for SNL for Adam. So excited about the China gig, etc. Too bad for Kris. He's s nice guy, but my efforts are with Adam. Even without a mega-hit in the U.S., Adam seems to be doing well internatinally. His world-wide sales will be an incredible asset to his sales. It may take a while for the U.S. to wake the hell up.

I wish kris well, think he will have a career has a song writer, or whatever I wish him well. But,please there no comparison between Adam and Keis, he done way, way better than Kris. He doing quite well internationally,this china news is wonderful, him being on china the voice. Huge following, he will sale many albums after this in china. The song will probably shoot to1 on I tunes, I assume it will be on I tunes china by then and released to radio. The only place Adam may need a boost is America and that coming! I do think some tv coming but pLL will really help. Adam sold more his first week here I pretty sure than kris has period, with new album. But he sold good, good abroad, he a world wife star, RcA knows Adam is still a young star and growing. Not being mean at all but Ad has more potential and talent, wayire than kris. So do not be nervous. You make other people feel bad. I do wish kris well he a nice guy. Adam is doing fine. Just needs a little boost USA, I sure hope trespassing does or the song because it's famtadtic! U worry about Adam sales but kris did not sale a fraction og even what he sold in USA not to even mention abroad, saling well. This china thing is great news, spells big sales there!

Don't usually check MJs blog but was looking for some info about the SYTYCD finale. They had a separate post about Kris Allen parting ways with RCA, so I checked out the comments. There were many about Adam, his lack of sales and concern that, if TP doesn't do well, he may also be in jeopardy. Got me upset and depressed. Sure hope this isn't the case ... :-(
