I think his show sounded great. I didn't notice any big sound problems, but of course, I wasn't on stage. I know Adam is very critical and wants the sound to be just right. Oh, well. He also knows how to roll with the punches. Don't worry if you didn't like the glampire look. It's only once a year!

I really like this picture of Adam...He makes a fabulous Glampire. Ironically, I had tweeted this pic out not too long before Adam did..and apparently he liked it too. Love his sense of fun! Its from the radio station pictures...

I was at the concert. Adam was late. He looked amazing and souded amazing but ofcourse he is his own worst critic. I did notice the technical difficuties. He had trouble starting off some of the songs. He was still very entertaining and fun. I drove 7 hrs. to go see him (didn' care about the others). Honestly, I did feel a little disappointed by the late arrival, hurried/rushed performances, and incomplete set. There was no explanation to the audience, no apology for being late, and he said his thankyou/goodbye very abruply. I still am glad i went. I love Adam so much, but it would have been common courtesy to have atleast given a brief explanation.

9:08 -- On that, I totally agree with you. A simple explanation goes a long way :)))

I also think Adam should have given a brief explanation and apology for being late, just common courtesy which he usually exhibits. Traffic or travel problems can happen & audience would have understood. There was a problem with the keyboard tracks and lighting at one point, but he dealt with it in an easygoing, professional way, even tho' inside he may have been annoyed, but didn't show it. He's human and some days just don't go well and can be stressful.

Adam looks great! He reminds me of the Jekyll and Hyde play on Broadway. He is beautiful and therefore hard o look scary but this costume and make-up show his many talents.

Adam is always very considerate, maybe the delay is due to someone else, whom he does not want to blame... In doubt, I just gave him the benefit of good intentions! Adam has a heart of gold, and he wants to embrace everyone, regardless of race, religion, sex, or size!

I think that Adam's meet and greet are much longer than other performers because he's so loving and considerate of his fans that he doesn't want to rush them along. Therefore causing him to be late starting the show. Also, I bet he has more fans to meet and greet.

Why is it that at a number of Adam's concerts in the past, there usually seems to be some kind of technical difficulties. He is either pointing to someone on the side to do something or pulling the earbuds out. I don' know anything about the technical aspect of getting a band ready to perform, and Adam seems to handle it all so well, although at this Texas concert, the problems were with starting several songs. I am sure he was "pissed" but he ultimately was having fun and full of energy. As we all know, Adam could do an acoustic version of so many of his songs and still sound amazing. I liked his vamp/country look...unusual combination but that's Adam in his own fantastic style.

I wish Adam would do acoustic versions to all of his songs. When you have a voice like that why cover it up?

I've been voting INCESSANTLY at this 1029 site for the 5@5 segment but even when ADAM has emerged the top song winner Trespassing is only played then & everyone else that isn't the winner gets multiple plays every hour. So my question is ... WHY?? T. Swift has THREE new songs on this countdown ... plus any old songs they feel like playing ... same with all the other artists. ADAM has other songs too ... WHY won't they include them on their request line?? I sit for hours VOTING & listening until I can't take it anymore. NOW I just VOTE & don't bother to listen ... it's an exercise in futility & it's not good for my blood pressure!!!!

Hasn't anyone else noticed that Adam is usually late for live performances except for those with Queen?

First of all I want to say terrific blog!
I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself
and clear your head prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my
thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any ideas or hints? Appreciate it!
