Jak here.....There is a simple explanation.........Adam possesses 7 League boots...as in the French fairytale by Charles Perrault...with these magic boots the wearer could cover 7 leagues with each step (21 miles).
I believe I've mentioned my passion for European folklore (fairytales)...I was a bookish child and am now a bookish old lady!
