OT Just read few articles about VH1Divas 2012. Nobody mentioned Adam's name!!!!! What is going on?! Does he have to kiss Tommy or smoke pot on the stage to bring media attention? I am very upset!

Don't know what you're reading, Anon 8:59, but I saw a bunch of articles this morning (links on adamquotedaily) that raved about Adam! One even commented very favorably on his 'fun' choice of clothing and all praised his singing. I was thrilled!

Examples:

"It was host Adam Lambert who may have been the most entertaining and endearing Diva of all."

"Already renowned for his fab fashion sense and MAC guy-liner, Lambert's progressive (and may we say fun) approach to his wardrobe is second only to his spine-tingling vocal range."

I thought Adam did a amazing job with ray of light. At first I wasn't sure because I never heard the song- after watching back on tv a few times- I loved it!

@9:15AM yes, if you mention Adam's names you get many reviews about him. But I opened VH1 Divas side and found that didn't mentioned Adam's name

Ray of Light was one of the more interesting performances of the night.

Lambert joined in on a few of those numbers, belting a selection of Summer's disco classics ("Love to Love You Baby," "Hot Stuff" and "Last Dance") alongside Rowland and Hilson and later nailing Madonna's "Ray of Light." He also opened up the show with a dramatic entrance followed by David Bowie's "Let's Dance."

Adam Lambert is glittery & fabulous at VH1 Divas show
The pop star took over the stage with singers Kelly Rowland and Keri Hilson, plus he dared to cover Madonna's "Ray of Light."

i read several reviews and they all mentioned Adam frequently. and the reviews have been very positive overall, incl ROL. TV feed seemed to have initial sound issues more than live, but no need for Glamberts to post that in comments to articles. it looks too defensive (in my opinion). overall a big win.

9:37, what are you talking about? Adam is all over VH1.com

What was he wearing on ray of light

Adam did a much clearer and more powerful version of ROL, a couple of years back; the video was posted here recently. That sound was super, love the song especially that version. This version...I can't hear his voice as it should be, it's a technical problem, which happened at his AMA performance as well. A perfectionist like him should have the best equipment to work with. It's irritating to me. The beautiful black/white, sign-motif coat is uniquely refreshing, like it very much; fits his theatric penchant; also like the choreography, Adam sashaying back and forth in his theatric coat, with the dancers, very appealing; miss his voice projection. :)

If there are any negative comments about Adam as the host of VH1 divas, it's probably because the reviewer never liked Adam in the first place. He was certainly better than most of the so-called divas there with his amazing vocal range and mesmerizing stage presence. Loved the skits with NeNe and Paula. Hope to see more of him on tv entertainment shows. Would love to see him as a judge on one of those talent/reality shows. Now that LA Reid is leaving the X Factor, Simon should scoop up Adam to take his place, but you know that won't happen. And Adam seems to be booked into the early months of 2013 with his international appearances. I am so glad to have been there as a fan from the beginning of Adam's ride to superstardom.

@11:43- I was thinking the same thing. Adam as a judge on X-factor- but it will take away from simon- so he won't have that! He brought britney and demi in thinking it would spike ratings only. Little does he know- Adam would also and do a much better job IMO. That's show-biz. I actually started to like La Reid this season

Yikes! LA Reid is worse than Randy. LA is so corny he makes Randy exciting! Lol!
